I checked my son in online at 8:15 pm wait time Said 30-34 min what a joke its 9:12 pm and his hair still hasnt been cut ! The blonde lady that works here seems to have her teenage daughter as the receptionist who does not know how to properly check us in nor can notify me that its gonna be way longer then my given wait time online I could have went to get my son a drink and came back we had time to eat a whole meal with our hour wait registered at 8:15 pm and got taken back at 9:13 pm at least the lady who did his hair apologized made me feel a bit better she was also able to get me a coupon kudos to her for her kindness and consideration since the blonde lady proceed to ignore us and do her teenage daughters friends hair and I mean she was doing a hair style not cutting it ! I will return because ashley gave us coupons and apologized and made our experience better that other lady needs to get some professionalism.

Was the only one waiting and Debbie was just finishing her client when another man entered. He and Debbie seemed to know one another very well, I also noticed he was the one who called and asked for her when I was sitting there, so the online reservation would have taken place when I was already there. She then proceeded to clean her area taking her time so she would not have to cut my hair. The other stylist was also just getting done. Debbie called the other guy first with me getting the other stylist ( if thats what you would call her ) Lousy experience and will never go there again. Thinking going to a barber next time.

They each have their own way of cutting here, but they do a great job. 12 bucks for a guys haircut isnt bad. Ive had 50 dollar haircuts, but Id rather go here. Ask for Debbie if you can, shes really good for teenagers or guys in their early 20s like me at cutting your hair to young peoples style. Ive been going here for almost a year now.

After checking in at 107th and olive and having the worst customer service that made us walk out "read their comments for more details". Dusty at this location turned the experience around and got me and my daughter in and out quick. Ill deff be returning to this location just because of her.

James and Debbie are the ones that cut my hair. Both are very good. Me and my husband will not go any where else. Always have a great experience when we go to that location.

Why even have online check in when it says 15 min and when you arrive you wait an additional 20 min or so. This has happened to me more than once at this location.
