worst cut I have gotten in my life. I went in at 7:40 pm and I must have heard we are closing in 20 minutes 3 times like I was going to change my mind about getting a haircut. The lady that helped me barley spoke English and didnt cut the side of my head...no exaggeration....she didnt cut the sides at all. She did spend 20 minutes on the back of my head tapering it. Which didnt come out good at all. I got home and my girlfriend said "I thought you were going to get a haircut". Makes 2 of us. Save your money and just go somewhere else.

The stylist that I had I felt had a lack of experience I had shoulder length and had requested an a line cut. My stylist did not know so I had told her what it was short in the back and longer in the front. Took off my glasses and when I put them back on I had a bowl cut chop to my chin. I paid the stylist but left feeling completely distraught and unfeminine. If these are going to be stylists that represent Great Clips I will not be a repeat customer

I been in this store 3 times this year. First time was amazing. Then second time was the worst and did not get what I asked. And the third time I got wrong information on a sale they had going on and my kids hair got messed up. Just dont waste your time cause they dont care as long as you pay and leave them a tip. I wont be returning nor will anyone I know.

Just moved to AZ and went to this local Great Clips for the first time. They were very welcoming and most importantly they listened to how I wanted my hair done. They even offered a few suggestions to change up up my hair routine. Im very pleased with the service and Ill definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend!

The employees are always very courteous when you call on the phone or walk in the door greeting you with a smile .when I walked in today there were two girls tidying up the floors and products they were even wiping down the mats under the chairs .its always a pleasant atmosphere when I get my hair cut .

Good place, staff is friendly but there could be a bit of a wait sometimes. Seems like they could better staff for peak hours.
