Ive been going to this location for two years. My husband also goes here. Ive bought plenty of products also. Today I went for a cut and took in some hair wax that I wanted to try. Because I did not buy it there (they dont even carry anything like it), they wouldnt touch it. I think thats a ridiculous rule and Im really disappointed. If your goal was to make me buy your product, you failed and I am most unhappy with your company. I would have gladly paid more if you would have accommodated my request.

This Great Clips is a standard chain hair salon with nothing to especially recommend it or any reasons to avoid it. Their cosmetologists seem to be well trained and I have gotten OK hair cuts there from a number of different stylists. They have decent service and reasonable prices. I especially like their online check-in because it allows me to avoid long waits.

Checked in with zero wait and showed up.. listened to the two girls talk about their weekend for 15 minutes while sitting in chairs. Then i asked how much longer the wait was and they said "there isnt one". So i walked out worst service i have ever seen no wonder this place is a zero wait and the surrounding ones are 30 min.

Always friendly staff (although the turnover rate is high so odds are not good you will see the same stylist again). Online check in keeps your waiting time very short and while I get a very basic cut, they have always done a competent job.

It was clean and the staff friendly, however, I asked if she understood what I wanted and she said yes but then didnt deliver. My first visit do hoping second shell get the idea. If not, back to Supercuts.

Srcewed up. Not easy to check in online. When you are right in front of the store. Why do 50 stores pop up. Could not walk in and make an appointment. Have an autistic kid. Had to wait 30 minutes.
