On your way here? Turn around and save yourself. If there were a way to give zero stars, I would. I went here to get my hair TRIMMED. When asked how much I wanted off, I showed the hair stylist the exact amount (1.5 inches). Ive been trying to grow my hair out for 5 years and it was at mid chest. Length is something I treasure, but, more so, I treasure healthy hair(hence the 1.5 inches in place of .5). So we speak and verbally and visibally agree on the length. She begins to snip and cut and I think nothing of it until I look up and no less than 4 inches are gone. Completely chopped off. Next she proceeded to give me insanely short (above eyebrow level) straight bangs, even though I particularly asked for longer side bangs that start at the cheekbone and told me "well you can style them however you want" which is hard to do when you suddenly have bangs on both sides of your hair when a portion of one side should blend with the regular length. Not only did she cut short but she also ripped her comb through my helix (upper ear piercing) which is an understandable mistake until she told me "well you really should jut take your piercings out." And not in a friendly this could make your hair cut easier way. Overall, I am done with Great Clips. Ive come here only when there are no other options and I will never go to another one again until they hire better equipped techs who at least have a concept of length and friendliness.

I want to cry every time I look in the mirror! I cant remember my ladys name. Shes medium height, long dark hair, speaks Spanish,I should have written it down. Well, she cut off way too much! I showed her a picture of my last haircut: shoulder length! She cut it to above my chin, the layers are TERRIBLE and very uneven, and the right side is a full inch shorter than the left! I asked her to fix it, and she said my hair just had some weird waves in it and it was even. Shes the professional stylist! She cant just blame my hair for her screw-up! I asked her to style it for me because Ive never had it this short and she said she didnt have time. I went from very long to short and to get it fixed Im going to have to go to super short. Im pregnant and feel ugly already, which is why I wanted a nice new hairstyle. I know it will grow back in a few months, but now overall I look terrible and combined with the pregnancy hormones, Ive just been crying all day! Ive been taking down mirrors in my home to avoid thinking about it. DONT GO HERE IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR APPEARANCE! IF THIS LADY (again, Im sorry I forgot her name) IS ASSIGNED AS YOUR STYLIST, LEAVE!!!! DONT LET HER MASSACRE YOUR HAIR!!! AN AWKWARD CONVERSATION IS BETTER THAN MONTHS OF AGONY WAITING FOR IT TO GROW BACK!!!

OMG THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! So unprofessional!! I just moved here from California so trying a new place is already scary enough. So I come here and Im sitting down waiting to get my hair cut and I ask the lady how long she had been cutting hair just to make conversation and shes like oh 3 days... and I was just about to get up and walk out then she started laughing so I realized she was joking. haha.. not funny! so she starts cutting my hair and I told her i only want a trim. just the split ends off, Im trying to be as clear as possible. then this woman!!!! starts talking crap about me to her co worker in spanish!! assuming that I dont understand spanish which i am fluent in!! in the end she ended up cutting like an inch and a half off!! all i wanted was a trim. Oh and I had layers, and now u cant even see my layers, she straightened out my hair. like WTF its my hair, you cant cut it the way you want to! I practically RAN out of there!! NEVER GOING BACK!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

Customer service sucks! We checked in online when we arrived they allowed a walk in customer to cut people who have checked in online and made us wait 1 hour and 20 minutes. Online check-in time set 36 minute wait. Great clips you to check your customer service training and you need to check your website because its false advertisement and youre lying to customers. We will never return here again after 12 years of going to this location.

I dont remember the stylists name I wish I did. I have very long thick hair and take really good care of it. Every time I trim my hair I always go to a different place because I never like the last stylist. Well this new stylists understood exactly how I wanted my hair trimmed and did a beautiful job! I felt so beautiful I look forward to my next trim.

I didnt get a quality haircut. The lady took too much off the ends even after I told her not to take too much off. It was supposed to be a trim not a cut. I did want my bangs cut, but they ended up looking like I cut them myself when I left.

I only let Janene cut my hair, she does an awesome job. Have been very happy every time Ive went to her. Ive had my bad experiences with Great Clips sometimes, but just depends on the stylist and luckily I found a good one in Janene.

The staff could be a little nicer. They speak Spanish in front of English speaking clients and its obvious that they are talking about you. Its very clean and cool.
