The staff were nice and friendly. But I would not recommend this place to other women. I am extremely unhappy with my new hack job. My blender could do better. Its very noticeably uneven and my hair is now completely straight along the bottom. I will not be returning.

CHECK IN ONLINE! Its the only way you will get in during busy times. The stylists are always friendly. They do a good job. There was one time where they kinda messed up my 6 yr old sons hair but they were great to fix it.

Online reservations are great to avoid the wait. Friendly service. I would consider this location to be interchangeable with other nearby locations as there is very little differentiation from one to the next.

Full disclosure: my sister works here. I have always been pretty happy with the haircuts Ive had done but I almost always have my sister do them for me so that helps

Horrible! I asked for layers and they gave me a mullet. I ended up having to cut 4 inches of my hair to fix what they did.
