OMG ! This place is terrible. All I wanted was 21 heavy white highlights. Made an appointment, arrived on time. Was told at the time of making an appointment it would cost $45.00. Madeline was assigned to me. She obviously had a rough night, as she was grouchy before I even sat down, no smile, no hello how are you. I explained exactly what I would like. She said the cost would be $70.00, they were adding $25.00 for a toner. I didnt want a toner as they wash out after a couple of washes. So that made her even more grouchy, So she dumped me on to her manager, who said if I wanted to get my hair done I had to wait because she had another customer?? She then proceeded to try and sell me the toner, I explained it doesnt work on my hair. I tried again to explain how my hair works, I should know, Ive been having highlighted for over 55 years. She then asked if I had a cosmetology license. (how rude, I wanted to tell her "no, but I DO have a PHD in Chemistry and Biology, and understanding how peroxide and bleach works is 7th grade science , but I kept my mouth shut) Obviously these two girls only wanted to do what they wanted, and not what the client wants. Im so tired of Hairdressers these days having so little knowledge of their vocation, that they scare when a client comes in, knowing exactly what she wants. Dont waste your time going here, they are grumpy, rude and clearly are very inexperienced.

Tried coming to this salon three times in one week to get my hair cut... The first time was at 8:15 in the morning I wanted for 10 minutes before the woman acknowledged me, she finally walked up to me and asked if "I wanted something" I showed her the haircut I wanted and she said she had an appointment in 45 minutes and just didnt have time for that, and she was the only one working (when and where I did finally get it done it took 30 minutes and that was with a shampoo), she then walked off before I could ask to arrange an appointment. I returned the next day around 10, where another girl was cutting hair and it looked as though they were having a little seminar with maybe 7 women learning to style hair, not one addressed me. The one who was cutting hair kept looking at me, and finally turned away from me (mind you they have fliers on every window stating they are taking appointments today). When I said "Hello" she responded with "Hello, someone will get to you shortly". After 10 minutes I left. I returned 2 days later around 12 and waited 10 minutes but no one ever came out to greet me... It looked was open and there were no signs stating that someone would return shortly or that they were at lunch. So I dont know where they were, but I know I will NEVER RETURN!

Got my hair colored cut and styled here, my hairs never looked better! The color is beautiful as well as my cut, the stylist i had was Crystal shes the BEST! She was referred to me by a friend. She convinced me to come back after i had a vad experience with the manager i believe her name was debra, definitely going back faithfully to Crystal! Satisfied customer :)

Worst experience for my step son, she was completely rude . She would not listen to any of the requests that I asked of her. He is 9 and I asked for a side fade and she DID NOT get it ! She kept telling us oh I wont do that oh I cant do that the whole time
