Worst experience ever... I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and came out unsatisfied. They were not waxed correctly and the shape of them changed. 30 min later I got to see them and noticed I still had some hair were I knew I was not supposed to after getting a wax... worst of all she was giving me a lecture. . Not to be rude but if I wanted a lecture I wouldve gone to my mother. I was in such a hurry since I was leaving out of town and left. Overall not worth the money.. and highlights are over priced... I wouldnt mind paying that price if I knew I was h Getting quality but since thats not the case.. im never going back...

I have to say Im a little disappointed. I made an appointment to have a consultation done. Trying to go back to my natural color which of course is always a journey. Ive never had a consultation where I left feeling completely irritated. The stylist didnt introduce herself. She didnt even sit me down to talk to me about what I was looking for anything. She literally just pulled at my hair gave me a price and sent me out the door. Luckily I scheduled another consultation elsewhere and actually ended up having that stylist cut my hair. A little sad since this salon was right next to my house.

The reviews listed here are incredibly outdated. The salon went under new ownership and the ladies who work there definitely know what theyre doing. Alicia and Wendy are the two stylists that Ive gone to, and theyre both great. Everytime I get a haircut, I go to Alicia and she always gives me exactly what I want, and cuts the length that I want-- no more and no less. I recently got my hair done by Wendy. She does beautiful balayage color and makes sure that you are satisfied with your results. Both ladies are friendly and really get to know you.

I agree- the other reviews are horribly outdated. Ive been going here for the past year for hair cuts and eyebrow waxing and have never had an unsatisfactory experience even though I have had a different woman doing them every time I went.

I will never go there again!!! They did my hair and my moms hair for sisters wedding and the lady that did my moms hair had no idea what she was doing. It was so bad we had to go get her hair redone at another salon.

From a guys perspective this a good one. I am a regular there. The only thing is that you have to get your hair cut from the lady whos name is Ana. She is the only professional in their. All the others are new.
