STRAIGHT SHOT

Maria Melissa Kennedy a stylist in the ULTA SALON did a weave for my last minute Xmas eve party. I was so impressed with not only her meticulous attention to my exact request for a partial weave to blend my already grey hair which is a bit darker at crown. WOW. She knows what shes doing....would be clients! a fantastic result completly blended natural looking & so professional. She wasso pleasant & curteous & smiled which in the beauty business is important. if you look grumpy then dont do hair. i can HIGHLY RECOMMEND MELISSA KENNEDY if you want your hair better than when you came in. i tipped her over $20 dollars I was so impressed with not only her skills but an upbeat fun attitude which is so important to a customer who isnt sure. she confirmed my wishes by utilizing styling magazines to get the right results... i give her a 5 star review. but the bleach blonde dames need to upgrade their hair & smile so the Salon feels more upbeat.....in my opinion. HAPPY NEW YEAR. CHECK OUT MS KENNEDY IF U WANNA LOOK GREAT !

I am a fan of ulta but not so much this store. Ok, so I went to ulta to pick up a few makeup products and come to find out theyre out of stock of just about everything I originally went for. The manager had told me they would be getting another shipment THEE NEXT DAY. Based on what the manager said I was under the influence that they would ve restocked the next day. So I call beforehand and ask if theyve received theyre shipment and I was told that they did. I go in and found out that they didnt receive a shipment it would be next Friday, a whole week away....Im just upset about not only the inconvenience but the false information I was feed also. Very distasteful. Love ulta just not so much this store.

I will not come back to this ulta again I was just there on Saturday and I always come to this ulta never had any problems before until that day! I was falsely accused of stealing a product that was in my hands by the way! When the employee came up to me and started to kick me out! And not only that! I assured her that I indeed was buying the product, so she back off but started to talk loud about me w/ other customers but also had other employees follow me around the store and whisper about me! I still bought the product (which I shouldve just left) but Guarantee! I will not go back here again!!!!

Very disappointing! The first Ulta I have been in that just seemed like they didnt care at all. They had at least 5 cash registers and only 2 girls at them. We waited 30 minutes and it was a good thing we got in line when we did because when we got in line we were probably 20th to 25th. By the time we were about 5th from the front there were at least 30 to 35 people in line. No one cared!!!!! The manager finally came up and there were 3 cash registers open ut it didnt help. Thats 30 minutes of my life I will never get back! !!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service, I spoke with a hermiz guy and he was very rude, I have curly hair and I made an appointment to get my hair colored, I showed up and he just continues to shake his head no telling me he will not do my hair because it would take too long and that he does not have time for me, because my hair was too thick, if you are a hair stylist you should learn how to work on any type of hair texture, I will definitely never go back here

I was helped by a consultant named Sarah and it was an AMAZING and relaxing experience. She shaped,waxxed and trim my brows perfectly. She gave me an "Instagram brow". I had no intentions or even thoughts of getting my brows done when I walked in but Im glad I did. Loved my experience.Awesome awesome service and money well spent. I scheduled an appt. for next time!!!

Very unprofessional, the staff are rude and very prejudicial. I dont recommend this hair salon to anyone who lives in the Surprise area. Seriously go and do business in other hair salon, this one honestly lacks of seriousness and costumer service. I will be looking forward to communicate to the Better Business Bureau for the horrible experience I had.

Hairdresser is fantastic. The rest of the staff is rude and condescending. Manager gets angry when questioned about a policy, Sherry needs a refresher lesson in professionalism. May update: my stylist quit and this salon wont tell me what colors were used in my hair?? Just another example of terrible customer service at this store.

I am going to get my color touched up with Chrystal. She is moving from Goodyear to Suprise so tommorrow is my 1st time in Surprise. I can give it a 5 star as Chrystal always does exceptional service. She is always caring. Interested and interesting. I know she will do great things at her new location.

The dark haired girl, forgive me I dont remember her name, who runs the Benefit brow bar most of the time, is incredible. Shes more than willing to help you find what youre looking for, be it prestige or drugstore, and she made my brows look incredible.
