I had been a loyal customer here for about 2 years. Sunday March 1st I went in for a back fill. They of course were extremely busy being a Sunday and my favorite tech was not available. Tyler, the owner called me back after waiting about 20 mins or so. He started to file my nails to prep them for the girl who eventually did my fill that day. I had a nail that was lifting and when Tyler went to file that one with the drill it caught the corner and he cut me in the center of my nail bed. Naturally it started bleeding like crazy and I could tell he felt bad but his natural defense mechanism was that he blamed me for not telling him I had a lifted nail. He also started defending himself saying that because I had color on my nail he couldnt tell. Didnt ask me if I was OK. He had to remove the acrylic nail which was not easy because I was in a LOT of pain. Then a girl rushed me over to the sink to wash it. Then she rushed me over to the chair where she quickly applied acrylic powder and said that will stop it from bleeding. Then she started on my fill with the rest of my nails. There was a fungus toward the tip of the nail on the finger that was cut so I asked them to put that anti fungal drops on it. Her and Tyler both told me that it would be fine since the old nail was off and if they put a new nail on that will prevent the fungus from growing. They also said a new nail wont stick if they use that. I asked them several times if I should just leave that nail off for a while so it could heal. They said no it will be ok. So against my better judgement I let her put a new nail on. Several hours later my finger hurt EXTREMELY bad. I alternated Advil and Tylenol for the pain. For several days I watched for infection. So upset at myself for allowing her to put a nail on. My finger was swollen for days but no sign of infection. A couple days ago I noticed some dark coloring on the nail bed. I had a wedding to go to on Sunday so I waited until yesterday to remove the nail. I soaked it off in acetone and got sick to my stomach when I saw what was under there. A huge hole and fungus all over my nail bed! Ill be making a doctors appointment and I know that I am loosing my nail. What kills me is how I was treated as if the accident was my fault, didnt ask if I was all right and when I went to pay my nail tech said "Tyler feels bad about your nail so hes giving you ten dollars off" Really??? I will upload a couple photos (if possible) in the hopes that if this ever happens to someone else Tyler and his staff will handle it more appropriately and think of the health of their clients.

The WORST place I have ever been to, I have NEVER had any nail salon tell me they cant help me with my nails. I let my kids paint my nails blue and when I tried to take the Polish off it would not come off, So I came here hoping a nail professional could fix them. I told her exactly what I wanted before we even began that I wanted to cover up or get rid of the blue color that my kids painted. She painted my nails a dark maroon color that I had picked out from thier salon that was dark to help cover the blue color. She painted my nails but you could still see the blue color on the cuticle line and sides of my finger nails when I asked for her to cover it up she went and grabbed another gentleman maybe the manager who told me that I would have to pay extra to have a "manicure" I said whatever it takes to get rid of the blue color. As Im waiting for a new person to help me because the last girl did not want to do anything more to help with my nails I decided if Im going to pay extra I might as well get a full set. He said that they dont cut your cuticle with a full set & Id have to pay extra on top of the full set. I said I dont mind paying extra as long as the blue color is gone and my nails are fixed. He then said even if I pay all this extra that theres no guarantee that it would even "fix" my nails. Why would I pay all this extra if you cant fix my nails? I honestly dont understand what the problem is, Clearly this place doesnt know what they are doing. Then he had the nerve to ask if I was going to tip take in mind I would have NEVER sat down in thier chair to begin with if they COULDNT "fix" my nails and that Ive already over paid $16 for nothing. I went to another salon where THEY FIXED MY NAILS. This place just did not want to help and wanted to get me out as fast as possible to help someone else.

I called ahead to see if theyd have time for a full set, they said to come in right then which I did. Im still here been here for 40 minutes and everyone that walked in after me has been helped. It is very busy which is why I called ahead. If they were able to take me that wouldve been fine but I drove out here and waited 40 minutes for nothing. As Im writing this 4 more people came in and have been helped. I know Im not invisible I have purple hair and am covered in tattoos. Its really dissapointing because I couldve went to a salon that was able to take me. I walked out and definitely will not be trying to return

I loved going here and one day I went back. I walked in and everyone was busy helping someone, which is understandable. So, I went over to the side, which is not far from the front desk, and looked at the colors to choose what I wanted. I looked over and another woman walked in and they helped her right away...I was so irritated I just walked out.

This was my first time ever to get a pedicure. I have diabetic neuropathy which makes my feet overly sensitive and I am prone to in-grown nails. The young lady that did my pedicure and lower leg massage was fantastic. My toes & nails dont hurt like they usually do. I cant wait for the next time to do this again.

I have been going here for many many years. I love it! I have had acrylic nails, gel manicures, and pedicures. I have never had a problem with fungus or being mistreated, they are all so very friendly and amazing!

I have gone here for about 2 years now and they never disappoint. The pedicures they give are awesome. Nice long massage and always use hot stones even with the basic service.

Shuffled in and out as fast as possible like cattle. Lumpy acrylic set... Rude nail tech who wasnt paying attention to what she was doing.
