I went into this location hoping to see the stylist who usually does my hair-Sharon-such a wonderful person and great hair stylist but she no longer worked there, I took the risk of having someone else cut my hair-"Michelle"-I told her exactly what I wanted I have thick long hair but wanted a short haircut with a lot of layers..She just responded with a nod and just looked like she was bored,I dont know if she had a bad day or whatever it is, but it reflected on the job she did on my hair.I felt like crying when I came home and seen how my hair really looked like-It was terribly hideous. My layers were uneven.I even had to cut a strand of hair that was hanging longer than all my hair. I will never go back there again and would not recommend her to cut anyones hair at all. I will be looking for a different salon with hopefully more experienced and knowledgable hair stylist to fix someone elses mistakes:-(

Called for an appointment on 6-5-16 with Laura, they said she was not working that day, I really needed a haircut so I got an appointment with Jessica. Im a guy, with a very easy haircut. (so I thought). 1/2" on the sides and 3/4 on the top. Shears work fine! Jessica sheared the sides and decided to scissor cut the top. She ask how it looked, I said blurry, I was so far from the mirror that I couldnt really see the mess she made. When I got home and standing in front of the mirror, OMG what a horrible haircut! Worst haircut I have ever had! (worse then boot camp even). So the next day (wearing a hat) went to Walmart and bought hair shears, cut my hair to even out the mess she made! looks much better! My advice, dont let Jessica cut your hair!

I was absolutely blown away with my experience at this salon. I scheduled my appointment being very nervous that; 1. I wouldnt like the environment, or 2. That the hair stylist would have chopped all of my hair off. I was so surprised to walk into the salon seeing the friendly smile of the girl at the receptionist desk and then shortly after greeted by my stylist, Samantha. Samantha was wonderful. She listened to me, and gave me a trim that was exactly what I asked for. It was also nice that everyone seemed happy, professional, and not afraid to make conversation. Im definitely going back to this location once I need another trim!

Loved it here!!! Service was prompt and professional!!! I had Jen and she was amazing. She did not let me take to much legnth of my hair due to previous damage. She instead told me my hair was doing great and to keep on conditioning and using the argon oil and coming in to get frequent small cuts would work better. She was polite and even took the time to style it for me though her next client had come in she finished her first job then moved on !!!!! Have never had such great service!!!! Will be oing back for sure this is now my new place!!!!!!

Looked up a place to get my hair done online...read the reviews and gave it a shot. I saw Melissa (requested her due to the reviews). She was AWESOME! I am very excited about my haircut that BTW comes WITH a shampoo! Super friendly staff and I only waited like 3 mins to get in! I was nervous about a new stylist since a lot of ppl cannot cut hair from long to short without an "oops" but Melissa did! I love my cut and will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you Melissa!!!!

I moved to Arizona about a year ago, leaving my hairstylist of 20 years behind and was terrified of going somewhere new. A friend suggested Az Hair Co. And this one was right around the corner from me! I must say I could not be more impressed with these ladies! I dont have a specific stylist I see and I dont feel I need a specific one. Each girl Ive been to has been terrific. From cuts to colors Ive never been disappointed. They have won me over for sure.

Sarah is THEE best!! Shes a color expert with both conventional and out of the ordinary EXTRAORDINARY! Her sense of style and genuine desire for the best outcome are unparalleled! Ive referred friends to Sarah that still go to her to this day!! The salons staff members are friendly while maintaining a level of professionalism! Gaby always greets you with a smile!! As a guy, haircuts are just something that needs done every few weeks. I used to just give basic instructions of what Id like done until I had Melissa cut my hair. After that day I drive all the way from Surprise just to have her cut my hair. Shes super nice and will run everything by you to make sure your both on the same page. If youd like to have a great haircut every time, then ask for Melissa because shes flat out awesome.

I went to see Tonya she was super nice. She asked a lot of questions to make sure what my daughter wanted exactly done to her hair. She did an outstanding job! My daughter took so many pictures afterward teenagers. The atmosphere is relaxing and there are tons of food places in walking distance for after the hair cut or style. I would highly recommend checking this new salon out at west gate!!!

Been going here for years. There are times I can not get in with my stylist, but I have to say I trust ALL the stylist at this arizona hair company, I have never been disappointed, being a male who is typically picky (I will admit). I truly leave every time with a precise cut! Hands down, I will never go else where.

Melissa is a real gem! She cut my daughters hair just the way I wanted which isnt easy since she is 2. She knew what to do and say to make my daughter comfortable and another stylist Felicia helped with the process as well. I would recommend her to all my friends! Jessica has been doing my hair for years, I was DEVASTATED when she moved away, I would follow her to China. She does an amazing job and is always willing to fix it if I dont like something. Im not sure how anyone could give her a bad review! Ive seen her work, including mens cuts, and Ive always been impressed.
