I went in there with long, full hair and came out looking like a 5 years old who got a hold of scissors. I normally cut my own hair because I usually just have it cut straight across, but I was going on vacation so I went in to get an inch or 2 of layer at the bottom to fluff it out. I said "Id like an inch and a half of layer at the bottom, but dont take off anything more than you have to." Exact quote. Everything was going fine when she turned me around to blow-dry and style ( I thought ). When I had went in I could wrap my fingers around my hair and it was about the width of a silver dollar, now its the width of a dime or less in some parts. I asked for 1 1/2 inches of layer and she gave me 8 inches of layer. When I saw all the hair lying on the ground I started hyperventilating. She said that was "texturizing". I never asked for or approved this. I said take as off as little as possible. Im not kidding; it was so bad I cried for 3 hours. I called to talk to a manager and the manager didnt even want to know which girl it was. Again, not kidding. She really didnt care. I would give names but it really would be better to avoid this place completely.

I went there yesterday and had the most horrific experience ever!!! They booked me with Aspen she was extremely rude did not show any interest in knowing what I wanted to do with my hair I showed her pictures of the color i wanted and asked her multiple times if my hair would have an orange tone she said NO and guess what in the end It had this dirty orange streaks in my hair, gave my a very bad cut and did not blow dry my hair properly. I was so scared of her deadly looks and serious face that I just did not want to ask her anything further. If you are reading this Aspen please find something else to do which you are good at.. you are terrible at this job and you have ZERO customer service skills. Please dont wast your money going to this location they charged me a lot of money and did not care if I was satisfied or not. When i called to speak to the manager some other girl said im the manager when I started to complain about my experience she said oh Im not the manager shes not IN today. Bunch of crazy women

I have been going to Regis for over a year. The first time I went was to have my balayage corrected from another salon. Kim, my stylist, did an amazing job! From that point on, she became my stylist. She is Good! She listens and will tell you if what youre wanting isnt going to look good on you, and will offer an alternative that will give you the look you want, and is going to work for your hair. This kind of honesty is hard to come by. I havent felt this good about my hair in years. I have a beautiful balayage that looks natural and my hair is healthy! Kim is a rare find!

as an aspireing cosmetologist, im offended, I need a job really bad, and Im GREAT at what i do, but now if I go work at this Regis, EVERYONE who comes thru that door is going to think their experiance is going to turn out like yours? to all you who read Reviews, PLEASE dont listen to this silly little person and not come to Regis, bc VERY soon I will be working there, and I am an AMAZING stylist, that i promise you, you will end up following me, and my carrier everywhere I go bc I will always make your hair EXTRAVAGANT and BEAUTIFUL.... I have been working for Regis for over 4 years and have been doing hair for 6.... I am an amazing stylist at both color and cuts, and make so many people happy and build their confidence by the time they leave the salon. I am truely sorry to those who have had a bad experience there, I wish I could have taken care of them and made them happy! My name is Crystal but I go by Crysta at the salon... If anyone has had their hair messed up come in and see me.. I do color corrections and can fix your cut. I promiss you will be happy when you leave!!!!

Told me they were open and could fit me in. I was there 5 minutes later and they mysteriously had no call made to them and no haircut for me. Little does the girl know she said her name and it matched her name tag AND she told me exactly where her salon was located in the mall. Thumbs down bad work ethics and all I needed was a trim

Been coming here for years actually since chandler mall opened have tried other salons cause Ive moved to other locations in the valley, and have driven from surprise az to regis at chandler mall to get my hair done and from tucson to chandler because the girls there do a great job and a few of them have been there for 8 plus years.

I didnt catch her name, but if you saw her, you would gag. Curly long hair with a bad dye job, and plain horrible makeup. I showed her a cute haircut I wanted that cut like 3 inches off, but she cut off more like 4. Now I need my hair to grow out and I look like a K-pop star.
