I went in On Saturday Night at 6:45. I was greeted at the Door by 2 workers who were sweeping, putting money away, etc... they Told me they were closing... I said well it is almost 7:00PM. So I left a little bothered but not too bad... So I went in the Next day (Sunday) and didnt check my watch. it was 4:05... well I was told we are closed again, and told them I had been sent away the night before. one of them said I was here till 7:15 last night... I should have said "why did you send me away at 6:45 then? But didnt... So I was send Packing 2 Days in a row...

i took my 4 year old for her birthday hair cut they didnt greet me so i sat down. then some one else walked in and the helped him out. so when it was my turn i was skipped so i waited 45 minutes for nothing i walked out. i went to the one on 3500 they where twice as busy and twice as fast.

Place was very unprofessional. When I checked in online it said 0 minute wait and I was there for 35 minutes. Also the conversations the employees were having in front of my 9 year old son was something you would talk about at a bar setting. I will never go to that location ever again.

I had a very good experience at Great Clips. I didnt have to wait very long and loved the haircut Bobbie gave me. They were friendly and sent me home with a cute haircut and a coupon to come back. It was very clean too!

Signed in online, and was given a 16 minute waiting time. Arrived at shop 9 minutes later to find out I now had to wait another 45 minutes
