I brought my 3 year old son here for a haircut while in from out of town from NYC. He hadnt had a cut in about a year and was a little hesitant but the stylist Miltzi was very sweet and made him comfortable. She explained every action she was taking so he wouldnt be scared and was very kind and good with kids. The place is very clean and there is a fun play set (though we didnt use it much because we didnt have to wait at all). After his cut he declared, I feel so much better now! And he was very happy to choose a lollipop and balloon. Great place and I would definitely return next time we are in town!

Did not like my experience. Its hard to get someone on the phone, but even when trying to schedule an appointment online, you can t schedule for the day of. Also online, it states that they do a "first hair cut" certificate with a picture for extra cash, which I was ok with, but when I got there, they said that they dont do that anymore, and that it hasnt been updated online. Bummer. I will not be going back, it was not the kid-friendly staff that I was expecting after review their business motto online, and not to mention that they ruined my babies hair. Her bangs were cut ALL wrong.

nothing but bad experiences. calling to ask if there is anybody available to come in ( since I have a short frame before I go to work) they cant tell me if is anybody available. I did make an appointment and when I got there somebody toke my place ( a walk-ins ) they ask me to wait 45 min because they are 3 kids. I thought have an appointment. why do I have to wait? Ill never forget back. sorry. I dont like to give bad reviews but the 3 time is too much.....

I went in today, my child sat through his whole hair cut, only for the lady that cut his hair to make constant mistakes she made his hair un even looked like he had layers in his hair. I even asked her to fix it she didnt I still had to pay $14 dollars for a crappy, crooked, uneven hair cut! I had to take my child else where to get his hair evened out & to have it fixed. If youre going to be a hair dresser be a good one. Never going back!

We love Cookie Cutters! I have children ages 1 to 10 and everyone loves going there!. The staff is friendly, it is always clean and even on busy days the kids and I dont mind. Lots of stuff to keep them busy! Thank you guys for making one chore a little more fun! Brandi, Blake, Emily and Charli!

Great place! Kid friendly decor and super patient staff. Went with my daughter for my grandsons first hair cut, he screamed while his big brother played on the awesome climbing/slide playset and the sweet girl cutting his hair was patient and gentle.

I love the kid friendly staff at atmosphere, the cuts are good but not great. $15/cut, not a ton, but no wash or anything. Staff is friendly and professional. I wish the cuts were $10-12 and we might go more often.

My son loves this place! The stylist do amazing work and are very conscious of their younger clienteles needs and fears. Miltzie is our go to and she knocks it out of the park every time.

The kids love it. If its their first haircut they make the kids calm by the chairs for the kids and they specialize in kids haircuts
