I am new to the area and have been looking for a competent hairdresser to cut my hair. I first went to a higher-end salon a few times and was not impressed by the cut that I was getting or by the high cost. I then received a recommendation to go to SmartStyle salon to see Amanda. Initially, I was very nervous about going to Wal-Mart to get my hair cut, but Amanda did a great job! She razor-cut my hair into an angled bob which I absolutely love! The prices are also very good, with a haircut costing only $15.95. It is safe to say that I was very pleasantly surprised and I will definitely be going back to see Amanda in the future!

I called at 2 pm and said i get off at 7:30 and the lady that answered the phone said that was ok since im just getting a cut. When i got there the girl that was working was pissed even though i had an appointment. She asked if im only getting a haircut cause they are closing.... with an attitude. I was so caught off guard i didnt know how to even react! I asked if she wanted me to go somewhere else. She said that i can cause she doesnt have time. There was another girl in there working that didnt even step in. I left there livid! I guess they make enough money that customers tbat have appointments dont matter.....

Terrible. Called ahead to have my sons hair cut at 3:30 pm. Spoke to the stylist, Ashley, directly and got the okay for that time. Get there at 3:20 and another stylist very rudely tells me it will be an hour wait. I explain to her that I made an appointment for 3:30 with Ashley. She proceeds to tell me to sit down that "someone will get to you at some point". Speak to Ashley directly and get told it will be a 30-40 minute wait. What is the purpose of calling ahead then?! I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I went to have a cut and style from Samantha. I must say this was one of the best and the cost was very affordable. Im am very happy with my new haircut and will return for more services. A+

Angel was amazing, I went in to fix the job I had done on my own hair. She put in highlights and they look so great, it totally fixed the problem. She was awesome!
