Ive gone here three times since i moved in nearby and these people suck. they never have the same girl there twice so you cant build a relationship with anyone. i went in to get my hair dyed and walked out over an hour later being told they couldnt do what i wanted. but could do something similar for three times the cost of a regular dye. They said they couldnt apply bleach to the scalp because of liability, but the girl working there had said over the phone that they could do what i asked, and had clearly had this done to herself recently.

Do not be deceived by the "low wait time" sign in front of this location. Had mine and my sons hair hacked off by a scissor-happy stylist who just happened to be the slowest in Supercuts history. Hubby decided he would go elsewhere after deciding the quality wasnt worth the time it takes to incur this kind of trauma. Too bad as this location has little competition in that area of town, they should have people knocking their door down. I suspect they see very few people return customers.

My daughter got a horrible horrible haircut there today! It looks like she cut her own hair. Im so frustrated and sad! This was her first real haircut since she was born and its so bad! I called this location and they said they didnt have a Manager so I called corporate so hopefully they can give me a refund for what I paid for a crappy haircut.

It has been a long time finding a stylist that cuts my hair properly. I found one here. She did my hair quick and cut it so my hair does not stand up. I am coming here again. I live 35 miles away and I am coming back.

I asked the lady for a specific style for my son. She immediately cut it wrong, tried to fix it, and butchered it instead. Ill have to take him to get it fixed somewhere else. Extremely unhappy. Ill never go back.

Went to get my three kids hair cut. The girl acted like she didnt like kids at all, and wasnt friendly to any of us. The hair cuts werent great either. Well definitely be trying somewhere else next time.
