I went in to great clips today to get a trim, I arrived and checked in. I waited about 20-30 minutes. When it was my turn Pat called me over and I went to sit in the chair. She asked, "ok, so what do you want today?" I told her I wanted a trim in a v-shape, as I already have it like that. She said "oh no I dont do that." I asked if her co-worker next to her did. She said "no, she doesnt either." I said "well can you ask her if she does?" she said "no, she doesnt do that or anybody else." I just said ok thank you and left. This is the worst experience Ive ever had at any great clips. Pat was very rude and non apologetic about not cutting my hair or even asking her co-worker if she could do it. She flat out refused to help me. I am very upset and I hope management will address this issue.

For the most part havent had a problem. There was one time that I had to go to another salon to have them fix the choppy layers. My only suggestion would be to have your stylist blow dry the hair before they have you leave so they can see if the cut its right or not

Staff is amazing! Never had a bad haircut from anyone there. Star is who I have cut my hair and has never let me down! Definitely recommend this place.
