Great clips is already a bad place to get your hair cut, but I think this location tops them all!! They completely butchered my mothers hair a stylist by the name of Kareena had no idea what she was doing, and took on the task like she was miss know it all, she had dull shears, she knowingly took them to a customers hair apologizing because "the guy hadnt been by lately to sharpen the shears" I got the gm of the locations name who is Jen and all she can do is say "Im sorry" "we can refund you" "we can get you a gift certificate to get it re-done when your hair grows out" are you freaking kidding me?!?! This is peoples hair, peoples lives... Its not like you messed up their double cheeseburger order in the drive thru! You dont fix this with refunds and gift certificates! I will never return to any nor refer any great clips to any body I know(unless they are somebody I secretly despise and I want them to get their hair messed up)

The lady who cut my hair barely talked to me the whole time. I stopped her several times because she was cutting it too short and different than we just discussed.. As soon as I got home my roommates actually laughed at me..

What was I thinking? Uneven, horrible blending. I felt like a sheep. Please leave sideburns natural? Nope, chopped off. Low fade? Nope, way too high and uneven. So frustrated, I knew better. Go to a real barber.

They messed up on my husbands hair and told him next time he comes in hell get a free haircut. He was just there and they made him pay for his haircut. Never ever going there again!!!!! Worst place ever!!

Been here a number of times. Wait is typically short. They track the details of my last cut so I dont need to remember. They offer ideas and tweaks to try something new.

It wasnt 100% what i wanted i went back in the were very friendly about it fixed it for free wonderful customer service. Great with my young daughter.
