So I walk in, to be quite honest excited to get a hair cut since I was really due for one, there are 3 women sitting in chairs and one of them states ok whos going to do this one. No one says anything or acknowledges me. After an awkward moment of silence finally one of them stands up "ok Ill do it." Once I told them my name I instantly saw a sign stating, no credit cards only cash. Ok, not a big deal, a bit of an inconvenience but my problem for not carrying cash. So I leave and come back. When I come back, all three are outside having a smoke. Tanya then escorts me in. She asks me what type of haircut I want, I simply state, a clean trim, use the #4 clippers for the back and sides, and about half off the top. Here we go.... she basically spent a total of 3 minutes with me, Im not exaggerating. Absolutely no part of my hair was even, you could see patches, long hair sticking out from short hair, very contorted, mishaped. Alright, so I ask her if she could clean it up. She begins complaining about how they have been so busy she hasnt had time to eat and while having this conversation, 3 more customers walk in. She responds, oh great I just want to get out of here. And then she makes a few more cuts, Ok were done. "Seriously" why does my hair have to suffer because youre having a terrible day. I was incredibly disappointed and I wanted to leave. It was evident that I wasnt going to receive a decent haircut here so I paid the $10 bucks and left. They should be fortunate to have customers walking in and them having a job. How could they be so busy, when I walked in, no one was there. Plus if a customer respectfully asks you, can you clean it up a bit more, that should be a fairly evident signal that hey Im doing something wrong here. How could you screw up a haircut when using clippers. It should result in an evenly distributed hair line. As she was cutting, you could tell that it was mishaped since she was lifting and pressing down on my scalp with varying pressure. Come on. Im really not the type of individual to complain but this was completely unacceptable. Lack of professionalism and terrible attitudes. Will never come back. I gladly drove to super cuts on sunset and paid the $15 to get my hair cut fixed.

Took a chance and walked out happy! Went to Lisa for the first time yesterday and she did a great job! I normally get my hair done by my regular hairstylist, but she was out of town. I REALLY needed to get my hair cut because I had a horrible cut done by my friend (who is in beauty school). She supposedly tried to give me layers, but I ended up with 4 different lengths of hair. I was afraid I had to get my hair chopped off, so I was skeptical. I couldnt wait anymore so I just went in, I waited for about 5 min. Lisa knew what she had to do, but was not afraid to ask for a second opinion, she took the time to explain what she was going to do and ask for my permission before taking off a little more from the bottom. She was able to fix my hair without taking that much length off. I was in and out within 40 min with a new haircut. The price is not bad at all, very affordable! I was very happy walking out of there!! She is great!

What a great place - I go to the one on Warm Springs and Arroyo Grande - someone told me about Style 5 Hair because I was tired of paying huge money for a haircut in this town and getting a crappy cut. It took me over 10 years to find a good hair stylist and to me surprise I found her at Style 5. I have been going here almost 9 years now and LOVE it every time - great service, great cut & great price !!

Stylists arent very good & the owner is a douche bag. He treats his staff bad & is extremely rude to the customers. Yelled at a person who had a very calm registered service dog. However, he brings his dogs in the salon & they run around all over.

Rima cuts my hair and she is fantastic. I have been using her for about 2 years, and come to LV for her to cut my hair. When my husband is in town, he goes to Rima and gets a great cut as well.

They did an alright on my hair cut and color.. but I have received better. Plus, I did sense attitude.
