Terrible service. I have had my hair cut at the salon and have shopped in the store as well. The ONE time I got my hair cut here I left with tears in my eyes and cried on the way home. I have thick hair and asked the stylist to thin it out. She told me (and I quote), "I dont do that. I dont like to." Umm... ok, thats fine if you dont like to, but Im paying you to do it, so do it! I told her what I was looking for and completely ignored what I asked for. I wanted to walk out but felt obligated to stay since I had made an appointment. She was more interested in talking to the stylist next to me than actually talking to me. I felt odd sitting there having to listen to their inappropriate and curse-word laced conversation. She called the manager over at one point to complain about another girl and instead of the manager saying that the issue needed to be taken off the floor the manager joined in on the berating!! I couldnt believe my ears and couldnt wait to get out of that chair. Never again will I subject myself to such horrible treatment. I rarely write reviews, but I want to save some other unsuspecting customer from the same poor treatment as I had. I also got my eyebrows done here a few times. Each time there was a different esthetician and each one berated the girl before her and spoke to me about how the turn-over rate at the store was so high. Well I would have to say so if every 8 weeks I was there a different esthetician was present!! The esthetician themselves were good. When trying to book an eyebrow wax I had called and spoke to a salon rep on the phone. I asked if I could come in today and she said that she was the only one there who could do a wax. I said, "Well, whats your availability for today?" And she said, "Well, I dont really want to do an eyebrow wax." Umm... well I dont really want to pay you to do it, but thats kind of how this works. Is that not unbelievable?! If I told my boss or even worse a CUSTOMER (you know... someone who brings in revenue) that I didnt feel like working today, there would be some SERIOUS reprecussions! In short, my advice is to NEVER go to the salon here. If you know what kind of shampoo or hair dryer you want to purchase then its worth going to this store... they have a large selection. But if you want salon care... look else where!

I dont normally get an up-do and have never received a make up application before, but a friend was in town looking for these services without spending and arm & leg on the strip. Did a little searching and found that Ultas prices were very reasonable. Reviews that I read seems ok, so I booked 2 appointments. What a horrible experience. One "stylist" didnt even know how to do an up-do and neither listened to our wants when applying make-up. They charged $80 each for poorly placed bobby pins, a LOT of hairspray, and a 10 minute make up application. We walked out of there looking like cheap hookers when we were going to a formal event. I was mortified. Unfortunately, we were running short on time and couldnt stick around for them to try and fix the work they seemed to be proud of. What a waste of money... we ended up re-doing both faces and one up-do ourselves. Sometimes, you really do get what you pay for... going cheap on these services is NOT recommended.

Everytime that I come here its a hit or miss with the staff, you can find someone AMAZING who truly wants to help and its knowledgeable or... like in my past 3 visits they just dont care. Now I understand this is just a job for them and thats cool, at the end of the day Im there for the products not so much for the staff, HOWEVER, every time I have the choice and time between Ulta and Sephora, I take Sephora.. honestly? They just care, they help. They have the big mirror so you can sit down and see how your makeup looks like without being rushed, someone will ALWAYS come and check on you, offer some input. I have a nicer experience at Sephora.

Literally everytime I go (which is once a week) they NEVER have anything of the higher end nakeup brands stocked. All night setting spray, tarte concealers, abh 3 of any shade I use for my eyebrows its so upsetting! The last time I went I dont think once of their associates new I was within earshot however I did hear bad mouthing a previous customer. Unacceptable, I do however enjoy the convenience of the location. Thats the only thing thats keeps me returning.

Seriously the worst costumer service ever!!! I feel like, sadly, its because of how I look. I had to swing by after work to pick up some things. I am a pastry cook so I am in a hoodie and checkered chef pants and chef shoes, no make up. Not a single employee said a word to me. I spent over $100 and the lady that checked me out didnt even say thank you. SHE WAS ON THE PHONE during our entire transaction. I will not be going back there.

Usually love this location, but I went in last week to buy Clinique foundation, and the Clinique attendant was very rude when I asked for a color match. I love this location but from now on Ill be buying Clinique products elsewhere. I would like to add that the person who helped me at the register was wonderful! Just the Clinique experience was disappointing.

This store always has everything you want. Great prices too. Only downside is the customer service. All of the Ulta stores seem to have poorly trained staff who look as if they hate their jobs and do not want to be there, much less help customers. These stores need new management to better train their so called "employees".

For all of your beauty needs. Though expensive they do have their signature products at a more affordable price. Plenty of "beauty consultants" standing around doing nothing and not offering to assist you. Make sure you get Ultas rewards card as your points turn into valuable cash for future purchases.

Was at the Clinique counter Sunday 5/1 to buy the Clinique depuffer. I wasnt quite sure what I needed, but Wendy was wonderful, helpful and friendly and even showed me the difference once she applied it. I will only buy from Wendy because my experience before with the other Clinique reps was awful!!

The store at this location is terrible. They never have anything in-stock so make sure to call ahead, and I can never get any help on the floor. I literally stood in line just to ask a question only to get a representative who couldnt help me. So I literally just wasted my time and left.

Very poor customer service. Theyre very rude and unhelpful. Its as if they try to make you feel bad for shopping there - as if they dont want business. I went there twice and was treated horribly both times. Will go to Sephora from now on; they always treat their customers properly.

The place is a little overwhelming to one who isnt a regular make up user. They need more make for dark skinned people Latino, Asian, and black. The staff is not really easy to track down. Maybe hire someone guys that do make up they tend to be better with women.
