I spoke with management and was assured they had a stylist that was capable of properly cutting my fine curly hair .. I done my best to emfisize and explain to the stylist just exactly how I wanted my hair cut .. she must have been confident that day and unrealistic to her abilities , she cut my hair exactly the opposite way I had explained and left me with one bad hair cut that will take months to regrow . The stylist over looked my needs and done as she pleased ... I highly recommend going to another salon !!!! Tho these comments do not reflect on management , her confidence in her employees is by far overrated !!! She ask if I would come back and try to satisfy this bad hair cut .. theres no way I personally would have confidence in them our her ... Go elsewhere Earthlings !!!!!

if i could give them a zero i would. the guy is very rude. my son got his haircut here before and one of the stylist did a good job. and when i came again to get it done i showed the picture to the girl of how his hair was done and she could not get it right. she looked like a beginner not understanding how to cut his hair. after several times letting her know how it wasnt like the picture the guy but]ts in saying it looks fine. rude and bad customer service. i never have given any ratings but they make you feel like if you are in the wrong if you are not satisfied with the haircut.

Do not go here!! I went in expecting a trim and the guy who works there cut 5 inches of my hair off because thats what HE wanted, he didnt care as to what I wanted. He didnt admit his mistake and he wasnt nice to me at all. You would have better luck with a 5 year old cutting your hair. Supercuts hires people with no experience and doesnt care about customer service either.

Went three times and the wait is at least an hour to a hour and a half every time, they have six or so open chairs and one stylist. I go to great clips from now on they are always busy and there has never been a wait more than 25 min.

Walk ins welcome, sure, but good luck actually getting a cut without an appointment. Ive been in twice now, only to be met by a single employee busy with a dye job, and at least an hour waiting time. Gave you guys two chances, Im done.
