Went to get my hair cut there today and it was the worst experience ever I dont know the ladys name that did my hair but she had short faded out purple hair and she kept pulling my hair and I was like ouch and she would say sorry and continue to do it . Then she was brushing through my hair with her comb and my top ear piercing got caught in between her comb and she pulled it out really hard and I was like that really hurt and she looks at it and said theres no blood and continued on know Im sorry or nothing and then the before that I kept trying to make conversation with her and she was really short with me in other words she just wasent a very nice lady and I wont be going back ! I would suggest any where but this great clips !

I took my 1 year old and 5 year old in to get a haircut, and half way through my daughters haircut the lady tried to say that she had headlice. She could not prove to me that she did. She embarrassed me, she embarrassed my 5 year old IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. I was so upset. We have had it before so I clearly know what it looks like and it was not it. I will never go back, it ruined our family day my daughters hair was not fixed in the places she messed up. Everyone that I have told and showed my daughters hair says that I am in the right, it is not headlice and they will never go as well.

I just got my hair done by Stephanie. She was wonderful. She took her time with my hair. I usually go to the other one but I will defiantly be bringing my family to this one from now on. She was very sweet and sold me some kids detangler, and brought it out to me when I forgot it in the store. we will ask specifically for her from now on. :) thank you Stephanie!

Jennifer did an excellent job on my haircut I had a general idea of what I wanted she worked on my hair like it was a work of art it came out a lot better than what I was thinking thank you Jennifer for doing a wonderful job this place was great my waiting time for my haircut was literally like 30 seconds and I was in and out with a perfect haircut

Very bad experience! The women who cut my hair was rude and kept pulling my hair.I could tell she was in a bad mood and it proved on my hair.I have very long hair and she cut it to look like a Foxs tail :(. What gets me most upset is that my bangs came out uneven and Very slanted:-((.
