WORST PLACE ..THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND AUDREY (THE ONE WHO OWNS AND DOES LASER) DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT LASER. SHE RUNS THIS SCAM. GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED AND BURN YOUR BODY DOING LASER BY AUDREY. I paid 1050 dollars for 1year of laser hair removal on my face, legs, arms, underarms and naval areas. My 1st treatment was in may 2016 and after that i had 4 more sessions till august. I was burned several times and their was no reduction in hair on any area. In August when i wanted to get my areas redone...AUDREY stopped answering my calls and messages. And i get a message saying she wont do services for me any more. I asked for my refund but I never got my refund. I have had laser hair removal services in new york and had excellent results but at this place i had no hair reduction, my hair would show up the next day of laser and it never fell off like it should when you get your laser hair removal. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM: REASONS YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS PLACE 1) The laser machine is a joke 2)AUDREY who owns the place is also the laser technician..who knows nothing about laser. 3)AUDREY would burn your skin 4)AUDREY never puts on the protective glasses required for laser 5)AUDREY would not touch the laser gun on your skin and still manages to burn you anyway ..lol. And there will be no reduction in hair. 6)AUDREY would treat you very bad the minute you tell her you dont see any results.She will refuse the service and wont give any refund and will stop answering the calls and messages. 7)You will be told you are a difficult customer 8)The place is very unhygienic and dirty 9)AUDREY wont give you appointments 10)AUDREY rushes on the areas and wont cover the areas well. She will leave you in the laser room and keep going out between your appointment time. If your Appointment is for an hour she will complete the session in 20minutes...imagine arms, underarms, legs, face and naval area in 20 minutes...lol. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AS I DID.

OK first of all I just wanted to say I do not understand why some of these comments are saying the worst place ever I think this is one of the best please Ive been to I came here to get results and I got it ive been trying to lose weight for a very long time and I went to Audrey and James for help and they both did they are absolutely great amazing people when I first started I was weighing 194 pounds and now I am at 177 within a month and I still have more I want to lose if you are serious about losing weight or anything that they do here I recommend you talking to Audrey and James ..

Audrey and James are very friendly and easy to talk to. Ive been going to there weight loss clinic now for 2 weeks and I have lost 11 pounds, and I still have more to go. I have tried alot of different weight loss programs and they havent worked, but I can honestly say this one works and is worth your time and money. I will recommend everyone i know here. Worst laser place in town. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. The front desk manager is very unfriendly and odd. The laser tech makes it very uncomfortable. I was burned there and there was no sympathy besides lies made up to why I burned. It is a true scam in town and I would never send anyone here.
