Horrible experience! I just took my daughter to fix what they messed up for the 3rd time! the first 2 times the price was great, this time they charged me $75 stating "you only get the re-do price if you come in with in 7 days". No one told me this. So, $150 into Paul Mitchell and her hair looks just "ok". I will NOT go there again, my bad for taking the risk in the first place!
