My husband and son got a hair cut here twice. The first time they messed up my sons hair my husband told them and they fixed it and gave my husband a free hair cut for our son. So we decided to give them a second chance today and oh my you can say Im pissed off my husband called me when he was leaving to tell me how aweful our sons hair looked and I told him to go elsewhere it wasnt worth for them to try and fix it so they both went to Andys barber shop totally worth every single penny they are perfect theyll be going to Andys barber shop for now on. We did try to get a refund at fantastic Sam but they said the company doesnt give refunds please dont waste your money going here if I knew how to pics on here I would I cant believe how aweful my sons hair looked

I am so lucky to have found Fantastic Sams Salon. Ive been a client for the past 3 years and their experienced stylists are wonderful to me & my children. Very charming loving people and always there to help each other. My familys hair-cuts are the BEST! And of course, my red ombre` hair color turned out PERFECT!! My hair never looked this Good! Ive been getting compliments all day... Thanks Lisa, I love it!

I ve been going to the same place for the past five years. never got a bad hair cut till now. went to fantastic sams yesterday and had to go back twice. the back of my head looked like zig zags and they still could not fix it.i went home and did a better job myself. $15 for a hair cut rip off. i do not recommend this place for a hair cut.

Im not sure why I see so many negative reviews, Ive been here 4 times and its always been pleasant. You cant expect a place like this to be on the same level as a top tier salon, which costs much more. So they wont do quite as good, but so far theyve never done horribly. Ive always been satisfied!

Didnt really get what I wanted. The stylist didnt really ask any clarification questions. Just started at it doing what she thought I wanted. I get better cuts at great clips for $5 less. I rarely go to fantastic Sams and this cut reminded me why.

I usually see Janell. She is amazing ! Perfect haircut first and everytime. Totally consistent with a great personality and customer service skills. I recommend her to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

I went to get a hair cut I even show a picture on what I wanted is horrible cant believe what she did to my hair,employes should ask customer thats why we pay but they just assumed they know never again

My hair cut was beyond bad. When I had a beutician fix it, she stood behind me and just said "oh my". She only able to fix 90 % of it. You guys owe me 10 bucks!
