Chose this salon because I needed a highlight. Jaz was my stylist who supposedly specializes in color. She ruined my hair! I asked for highlights and she completely covered my hair with color and it literally came out orange. The day after I had work done by Jaz, I came down with neumonia and could not return for a correction until a week and a half later. By then, she said that i had "waited" too long and would have to pay more to have her "tone" my hair. My hair was still orange the following day. I called her again and expressed my concerns regarding the color of my hair, once again she said I would have to pay to fix her mistake. I returned, knowing that a correction from a different salon would cost me over $150 more!!! She still did not fix it and would not give me a refund!! She said, "I hope you understand" I said "no, I don not understand". Terrible customer service on top of ruining my hair!!!!

I moved to Longmont a year ago and as per my usual , Ive been dreading the chore of finding a hairdresser that I can trust . Not only that , I had decided that after 25 years of box dying my hair black , its time to admit defeat , I cant deal with the extent of my grey hair anymore and now that Im getting older its time to start gong lighter . I am so glad I found Karina and it is thanks to google reviews . I went to the salon today and for the first time in my life time , I had my hair colored at a salon ! Karina has done an amazing job , she listened to what I wanted and I came out feeling a million dollars , and my hair is not damaged , despite the challenges it was gong to present . I have now found my hairdresser who I can trust and she faced the challenges of lightening my hair head on . See you in 4 weeks Karina :) ,

The Spot is awesome! The environment is great and the staff is friendly. All the stylist are great and to be honest I have followed Jaz for years. :) She is the best at what she does. Always compassionate, loyal, and very detail oriented in her role. I love how she listens to what you want and makes sure to get an understanding of what you are looking for. She is always willing to adjust anything you may see as an issue within A TIMELY MANNER! She recently did my wedding hair as well as all my bridesmaids and they all were so beautiful and very affordable as well! She went above and beyond to make sure the look was right and what i wanted. I recommend The Spot to many people and will continue to do so, the best in Longmont! :) Thanks ladies

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon...specifically Jaz. Ive moved away from Colorado and now live in Dallas, TX - but still go back every 2 months to see her :-) My daughter and I have super curly hair and she is the first person that weve ever been to that has been able to style our hair that it actually looks awesome. She listens to exactly what Im telling her and recommends things I like without being offended if I disagree (though I rarely do). She is flexible with appointments and prices are more than fair. There arent alot of stylists that Ive been to that can cater to 40 and 16 year olds equally as well. She is always up on the latest styles and techniques. I cant recommend here more!

I have FINALLY found a professional, knowledgeable, efficient, attentive, and upbeat hairstylist: JAZ. After trying to locate someone who truly knows how to color natural red hair gone gray, it is so refreshing and relieving to know that I do not have to look any further. The salon is clean and upbeat. The vibes are positive and customers do not have to sit around for hours waiting for their stylist to attend to their hair needs. I also recently went back to Jaz to have her create a new hairstyle for me and she nailed it.....and fast! Thanks so much to her for making me look 10 years younger. You really are the best hairstylist I have ever gone to in over 40 years!!

Jaz if fantastic! Thanks for always being an honest, fantastic stylist, you truly care about your clients hair and doing whats healthiest while giving great cuts and color. I never know what to do with my hair and I always leave it completely up to Jaz when I need something new -- and I always walk out looking amazing, she takes into consideration whats going to look best while meeting my lifestyle needs (cute yet simple for a busy mom!!). I look normal! After a botched dye job, Jaz was able to fix my long hair without it all breaking or falling out after. She managed to calm by tears and find the exact right brown shade I wanted. Ive been back three times since my disaster and shes all over the latest trends. Im old school so wasnt used to the texting for appointments, but now that Im trained I just love the flexibility and the confidence that comes with having a killer cut and not having that out-of-date mom look. Its a friendly place but it doesnt cost me a car payment to go.

I took my mom in to fix her hacked up hair. I decided that I was going to finally add the color I have been wanting since forever. Having been a color virgin I was pretty hesitant. Jaz was awesome. The color came out great, exactly how I wanted it. Being from out of state, she even gave me her card and color combo she used so I can get touch ups at a local salon. My mother also has an updated hair style and Jaz fixed the mess she did with kitchen scissors. Next time Im in town visiting with my mother Ill be paying the Spot a visit :)

By far the best salon in Longmont!! I have been getting my hair done by Jaz for over 2 years and will never go to anyone else. I am always changing my style and colors, going with the crazy vibrant hard to keep colors but she always does such a great job and its months before they fade! Jaz helps me come up with creative combinations and is amazing at creating formulas for beautiful new colors. People are always asking where I get my done, I recommend The Spot to everyone!

When I go to the spot I am always greeted right away with warm welcomes from everyone there. This place is upbeat and fun the energy from all the stylist leaves me walking away refreshed and happy. My stylist is Jaz Felton. She pays close attention to detail and seems to know what will look good. I am very pleased with my hair everytime. Not only is she an amazing hair stylist she is super fun and easy to just chat with! Love the spot! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

What a wonderful experience!! I have been to a few salons in Longmont and no one has AMAZED me like Vanessa Bishop!! She is such a sweet heart and has the perfect personality to go with it, she was very knowledgeable about hair, products and the latest and trending styles. I have never had a stylist as professional or confident and creative with her color before, she truly is an AMAZING colorful Butterfly. I Highly recommend Vanessa Bishop, to all my friends and family!! :)
