I have been coming to this Aveda for a very long time. Master hair stylist name was Mina. Expensive but worth every penny. Unfortunately, sad to say that I scheduled one appointment I could not show up due to a family emergency, I called back to reschedule after and was refused service. Sad to say I even try to recommend somebody to them and they refused to schedule that person as well because I did not show up to one appointment. I was a loyal customer and sometime life happens like a death and funeral. Unprofessional how quick the manager was to refuse service. Happy to take my services somewhere else.

My mother and I went in to have our feet done about 10 mins before they closed after trying to go to two other places who turned us down despite it being 20 and 15 mins before they closed respectively. The two owners of the place were excited to have our business despite it being close to their close time and we ended up having the best experience weve had out of all the local nail areas weve been to. Their business is the quintessence of the American Dream and what makes this country great.

I have traveled all over the world and have never found a salon that offers such a high level of service without the high level of attitude. Great atmosphere and beyond knowledgable staff and stylists. Nena has 30 yrs experience. Unbeleivable stylist, does my hair perfect every time. Brittany H. does my daughters hair and she really knows her blonde.

Michael is a life saver. I came here for a color and it didnt turn out how I had hoped, never have I complained about a turnout before but i did this time. Later received a call from the owner Michael saying his apology and that he would take care of me free of charge. This really touched my heart, thank you Michael.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience.. We will DEFINITELY be back~ they have VERY friendly employees ~ my stylist Savanh was EXCELLENT ~ she fit me in while doing my daughters hair.. Her Suggestions were SPOT ON!!! I can not recommend this salon more.. they are the BEST!! this is a MUST place to go!!!!!

I love this salon. Everyone who works there has done a great job with my hair, and that is no easy task. Also, I have yet to get better manicures or pedicures anywhere in the valley. I recommend Brittany to all of my friends in search of a new stylist and they all continue to go to her.

Called ahead and everything was still messed up. They cant even do acrylics. They said my friends stylist would be in to do his hair and we set an appointment and when we got here the stylist wasnt. So my stylist had to take him first while I waited in a pedi chair.

I would strongly recommend Creative Salon. Nena works miracles with my overly frustrating curly hair. The employees that I have encountered are very friendly and accommodating. I have been going there for two years now and would NOT go anywhere else!
