I really liked Colleens Personality she was very empathetic with my situation, but I was passed over to Tina. Tina did not follow through with my color request after showing her a picture of my friends hair which by the way her hair before coloring was my same color. I felt the outcome of my hair was uneven in color and the chair-side attention was less than pleasant. I was poked in the face on several occasions, my head pulled back by my hair, when she could have directed me to look up instead. Hair dye was plopped onto the ends of my hair while she talked on the phone and did my hair. Tina ripped through any knots that developed in my long hair instead of doing a staggered comb through. I wanted a dark brown with light brown highlight, but got dark brown with reddish blonde and red through my hair. I could live with the hair, but I think the Chair-side service is what really bothered me the most. The service was cheap and the cost was cheap, so I guess I got what I paid for $100 hair color, $10 product & $15 tip. Next time I will go to a professional salon.

I was just there today. I sometimes go to Supercuts if I need a simple haircut. If I want a more complicated cut I go to a higher end salon. Thought Id try this place and now wish I hadnt. The stylist spent less than 10 minutes on my hair (probably since she had another person waiting). She did not wash my hair, which she was suposed to do. I found out when I went to pay that it cost 13.99 whether or not they washed my hair. They should have washed my hair if it is posted on their price board stating a "wash and cut is $13.99". Further more, she did not bother to show me the back of my hair. The front looked fine and when I got home my husband said my hair was not layered right and it looked like chunks cut out of my hair. I guess that was partly my fault since I did not ask to see the back. It was not a complicated cut and I did not think it was possible to mess it up. Lesson learned. I wont go to any of the Fantastic Sams again.

I went in there to get a haircut. Wanted a full bob style cut. The asian lady took me back to wash my hair but only ran water through it. She had asked me if I liked the style of haircut that she had just done on a lady before me. I told her no! I showed her and told her several times that I liked the style and length of the hair of her coworker. At one point she stopped cutting and I touched the back of my head and jumped out of the chair in horror. She hacked my hair. I specifically told her I wanted my hair between chin and shoulder length.My hair is gone! It is now at ear length and my beautiful hair used to be half way down my back. I left there in tears. That lady needs to be fired from there or put through beauty school again. I will never return there again!!

The gal who usually cuts my hair wasnt there and I needed a color and cut. I took the first available stylist. I pointed out to her that the hair in front of my ear needs extra dye, hard to color. Apparently didnt listen. I got home and looked in mirror and noticed it had gray showing there, and a couple other spots. The haircut was so chopped up and uneven. Hard to tell when wet (I didnt have her blow dry it) but when dry it is so noticeable. One side is shorter than the other. I hate to complain, but this was bad. I will not be back. (Michelle was her name, the blonde hair gal).

the filipino lady that cut my hair didnt shampoo, but did a dry cut which was fine with me b/c i needed to be in & out of there. Anyhow, me being in a rush she took advantage of that and instead of charging me for a dry cut which on their menu board states $14.99, she charged me $18.99. I didnt realize it til later. haircut was ok, ive had better, much better. stay away from the thief in form of a filipino lady in her 50, 60s.

, there is never anyone at the desk to check you in they just yell across the room what would you like done. But today nobody even ask I stood there for 10 minutes before sitting down by a lady who Ive been waiting she said she was going to come back in an hour and they still told her it would take longer. There was only two people working on doing styles.

The stylist smelled terrible. She needs to put on some deorderant or perfume. I almost gagged the entire time. I would have been able to stand the smell if she didnt pull my hair out (twice) and then stab my ear with her clippers. My ear hurts and I have to find someone to fix this hair cut. I want my $15 refunded.

My wife and I went to get haircuts, shampoos are part of the base cost. We received NO shampoos, haircuts were less than 10 minutes, and no receipt. We got clipped, so try someplace else, heck anyplace else would be better. We are seniors from a local retirement community, so our advice is go anywhere else but here.

Very fun workers and great place to go for a haircut male or female! Donna and Sherry are the best ones there! Anyone else is decent but still good. Sherry is the best overall in my eyes and Donna is also very good but she is always to be in a rush due to her popularity but still does a great job.
