Brought my daughter n for a cut The fact that I came in and waited... And a worker walked by to clock out another one standing against the wall texting ... And another working on two people at once... So I waited...... And waited ... 20 min later I decided to just go somewhere else as I walked in .. and a Caucasian couple is coming in this woman decides to put the phone and greet them and asked them what they would like done... The fact that I came here many times for my kids back to school hair cuts and she completely acted like I never walked in! And then said she didnt see me... I dont understand how u dont see me when I was looking right at u ..u looked at my daughter...and your other workers are more worried about clocking out then to even smile . To me, customer service is everything in business like this . And I dont like to be the one to ever say hey your a racist but the fact that my daughter and I were completely ignored in such an ignorant way but had this couple be treated and approached is mind boggling and also no apology, more of an excuse. I will no longer come to this place again after 3 years of my business with you. Went to Supercuts and experienced great service and was approached immediately. Maybe take some tips. And hopefully someone can read this and speak to you about how to give some good service..

I was so disappointed to see reviews where ppl were calling these stylists racist, so I had to write a review. Not only do they have a little Asian lady and a latin guy working there, but they are very kind and knowledgeable. When I am there I regularly see a lot of difference colors of ppl getting services. I am an African American woman and they always give me really beautiful and nice blowouts. They have always been really kind to me and helped me find new stuff that makes my hair feel better. I recommend this salon 100%

Dont go here, or at least dont have the little Asian lady do your hair. She did my boyfriends today and I gave her very easy instructions and she still didnt follow them, plus she barely knew English. She did his hair quick and sloppy like she wanted us out as fast as possible even though there was nobody else waiting for a haircut. And to top it off she gave him really bad razor burn on the back of his neck. She gave us the dirtiest glare when we didnt tip. We will not be coming back.

My kids love going to dollar cuts in West Valley. I have four girls. They will not let anyone else but Van touch their hair. If they are thinking about a new style I always tell them dont ask me if it will look good on you, youll have to ask Van. If she doesnt think its a good idea she will suggest other styles until they both agree on a style. My kids never have had a bad haircut there.

Angela was perfect! My hair color had become a complete disaster with all kinds of red tones and she was able to give me a new, beautiful color without destroying my hair. I completely reccomend her, great experience. She is amazing and explained everything to me so I knew what was happening each step of the way. You can trust her, you wont regret it!

The worse haircut I ever had, only gave me around 10mn service but mess up everything!!! Angelina cut my band like she never did it before and doesnt know how to do right thing @@!!! Just stay away from this store!!! I have to go to another salon to correct her mistake!!! Waste of money

Angela is really talented. She gave me a enchanting color that you would find on Pintrest. Shes super personal and knows a lot about fashion and the latest trends. I have a formal event this weekend and she taught me a few tricks to style my hair for the event. I highly recommend her.

worse place even asked them to cut my sons hair with a #1 on the sides and #2 on top she cut his hair all bold my other son ask she messed up his hair she was in a hurry to get to other customers which is BS will never take my kids there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
