We visited this dollars cuts today for our three sons and it was a disaster. The only lady who can cut hair is the manager Jill. the other two ladies did the job so rushed and quick my two boys were out of the chair before they even sat down. When I asked the Asian lady why she didnt line up my son to make a clean cut she told me they dont do that or would have to use a 0 and she cant do that. I informed her that I never been to a hair shop where they couldnt line up a hair cut she proceeded to argue at that point I was over it. the lady that did my oldest sons hair left a chunk of hair on the side of his head and red marks all over the back of his neck. I could of honestly took my kids to the Barber School with students and had a better outcome. Although the manager cut the best she stood there and did nothing about the hair cuts my other two received. As if giving bad haircuts was ok and she could care less. We will never go to this shop again.

Terrible! I had an appointment for my seven and almost two year old. I walked in the same time as a regular ( who was a walk in) and was told to wait. In the meantime another stylist went and sat down to wait for color on someone else couldve have easily taken us.. I waited almost 45 MINS after my SCHEDULED APPT TIME!!! Then they took two other customers one of which had an appt but still had me wait. They could see my kids were becoming impatient, but they continued to ignore me! Such bull crap, I will never go there and will share THE worst first time experience. Im so frusturated and have never been treated like that. Rosemary you were extremely rude!!! Not to mention driving 30 mins out of my way to do nothing but waste my time and gas.

This place isnt any cheaper than anywhere else and Im surprised it is rated as high as it is. I think those are people they know. I have been several times and have not been satisfied, the only employee who has done a great job was Erica. The last lady complained about having to touch "sweat on peoples heads" and did a horrible job cutting my hair. When she noticed my disappointment she tried to give me her credentials. I dont think very many of their staff are very professional and there are other options that are similar price nearby. As a side note beware of good reviews because its very easy to have people you know write good reviews to boost your rating.

The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because one of the stylists (Lee) never listens to what I want. On more then 3 occasions she has been rude, started cutting my hair before I was able to explain how I wanted it, refused to cut my daughters hair with bangs & the last time she gave my daughter a Bob when I asked for a side swept a-line. All the other stylists are very sweet & listen well to my needs.

Dont go here! I brought a 30 second video explaining what I want, they wouldnt watch it and had superficial understanding of what I wanted. The worst part is my haircut took 3 minutes to do and there was no thought put into it. Go to Fantastic Sams down the road where they will watch a 5 minute video, shampoo and condition, take longer and with more thought to cut your hair. Wasted my money here.....

Very well trained and knowledgeable stylists. I can walk right in during my lunch hour and am done in 15 minutes. I always get comments from people later that I have a pretty sweet haircut. Price is reasonable, and well worth how good of a job they do and how fast they do it at.
