After finding out I have cancer and might lose my hair in the next few months I really wanted to feel pretty. I went here as recommended by a friend, and asked to trim the ends, add layers, and bangs and some color I was destroyed I lost almost 7 inched of hair as I was crying to the stylist I was told okay your total is.... I was devastated, paid and left crying. I came back the next morning hoping they would try to make it right and was treated like I was stupid and I was for even giving them the chance I was told "what does it matter, youre going to lose it anyhow" I left crying yet again and no one even offered an apology at this point I didnt even want to go to anyone else I felt if thats how they are EVERYONE would be the same. I finally found a good place that helped but my hair to be destroyed cost me several hundred dollar. I would not recommend stepping foot here and have started legal action to make sure they dont treat anyone else like this. I understand I might lose my hair during chemo but I wanted to feel good in the time I had and the owner and management here did NOT protect me.

I used to love this place, the staff was professional, fashion forward, friendly and incredibly talented. WAS. I was treated so RUDELY, recently, when I called and asked for my favorite stylist. She fixed my damaged hair after it was jacked up at a high end salon in the area. Since then I have been seeing her and 1 other girl, (also run off), bringing my whole family, and sending everyone I know with RAVE reviews. I feel its up to us to show our support and our disapproval by our spending habits, and I would rather spend my money at Dollar Cuts than help line the pockets of such horrible people. There are hundreds of salons in the immediate area, and I am sure any one of them would actually appreciate you and treat you with more respect and professionalism than here. Just a heads up.

I went there for a simple military high and tight hai cut, evidently these young gals dont know what that is , almost like she was trying to make me look like my little pony lol lol , high n tight is a pair of shears n about 10 minutes dont make things harder than they are, just moved from Georgia 6 months ago and still looking for someone that can do a high n tight one of the most simple haircuts there is , when I find someone its a haircut a month and I tip well when I get a high n tight , lol too funny

My son has Sensory Processing Disorder and haircuts are an absolute nightmare! We randomly stopped here one night when he was in desperate need of a haircut. Candace was our stylist and she was AMAZING!! She was patient with my son and explained everything to him. She was a million times better than a "kids only" salon weve been to before. She even was able to get him distracted so she could cut around his neck and ears. She got a huge tip and this is where I will take my kids from now on!!

I would give this salon 10 stars if I could. I have always been welcomed in the door with a smile and prompt service. Krystal is the most amazing stylist Ive ever had. Ive been going to her for over a year now and I wont let anyone else touch my hair. She takes the time to perfect my many changing hair styles, and I always leave with a cut that would make David Beckham envious.

My son and I have been using this salon regularly for about a year now and neither one of us have ever gotten a bad hair cut. The stylist that cuts our hair is friendly and very concerned that we have a good experience each time we visit. Its somewhat busy because the stylists and location are great, but I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a cut.

This salon has a new management team who transfered over from one of the busiest and fashion forward Supercuts in Salt Lake City. The stylists listen to what you want and you will always leave with a smile! I would recommend this salon to anyone who asks. Oh, and try the Tea Tree Shampoo - youll never go back to the basic shampoo again! Ask for Zac!

NEVER again. I went to have my eyebrows CLEANED UP. I have a really pretty natural arch and she made my eyebrows completely straight across and waxed half my eyebrow so its only from my pupil over. Theyre very thin when I SPECIFICALLY told her yes, I want them to stay this thick. They are now pencil thin. SUPER upset.

The girls that work here are awesome. There all really knowledgeable and know what there doing. Whitney is my stylist and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. She has an awesome personality and is always smiling. She really cares about her clients. All around great salon.
