Do NOT go here for natural beaded rows, they do NOT know how to do them and say they do. I recently moved and was looking for a new lady to do my NBR. The salon told me they could tighten my natural beaded rows. I showed up for my appt and they talked me out of NBR (because they didnt know how), and the girl put in corn rolls and then insisted on putting my two rows back in backwards, when they were already cut and blended to go in the other way. She sent me home with a two inch wide piece in the back that was three inches longer than the rest, but I couldnt tell at the time because she curled it. It was ridiculous looking. I went back to get my natural beaded rows back, and to flip the two pieces back to how they should be. A different girl assured me she knew how to do NBR, so I was like phew, thank goodness, but then she used some weird method and crimped the metal beads into a U shape with the VERY sharp end of the U right against my scalp, all over my head. I was in agony every time I laid down and didnt sleep for days. They apologized and had me come in where three girls surrounded my head exclaiming their disbelief of what was going on with my hair, trying to facetime the owner to show her because it was so bad, apologizing and just taking them completely out. I had to go back AGAIN because they were just going to have the owner do my NBR the right way. Once again, it was TERRIBLE. The owner did NOT know how to do NBR, even though she boasted about knowing every method and having so much experience. It was NOT the NBR method. It was very clumpy and hard to hide my extensions. The end of the bottom row above my left ear was way too low, resulting in it sticking out like a mickey mouse ear, and constantly resting on the top of my ear, and flipping in all sorts of wierd directions when I tried to pull up my hair, because the right side was up higher where it should be. I was SO sick of going in to have them fix it, I tried to put up with it for about a week and finally called and asked them to have the owner call me. SHE NEVER DID. It was a TERRIBLE experience. I just ffinally yesterday went to a lady who actually knows how to do NBR and she recommended I do this review. It has only been one month since the owner if Runway put in my extensions and this new lady said because of the wierd method the Runway owner used that was NOT NBR they had slipped and it looked like 3 months of regrowth. The beads were literally falling out and just slipping out in her fingers. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT NATURAL BEADED ROWS, IT WAS A PAINFUL, TIME-CONSUMING AND VERY FRUSTRATING NIGHTMARE.

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago to get my eyelash extension through Groupon deal on the 12/10/14 at 2pm. After planning my day around work and driving 45 min to get there, the receptionist tells me that they didnt have me on the schedule. I told her that I had 3 events over the weekend and that I was open to come back another day before the weekend. I also asked what they would do to make up for the gas money that I spent driving and more importantly the time wasted. She called me the next day to tell me that they can give me a 15% off on a upgrade of the eyeleash extension, worth $5 and that they had no oppening for me before the weekend. I asked her if I could talk to the manager and that 15%off doesnt make up for 1hr and 30min drive plus my time. She talked to maneger but she was too busy to talk to me. I was very des disappointed with how little they cared about ruining my day and plans for the weekend. By the way, after this event I talked to two girls that do eyelash extensions for other salons and both told me that theyve heard bad things about Runaway salon. They have both had clients come in to get their extensions fixed/redone after Runway did a poor job.

This salon is horrible. I went for a cut, color and extensions and left with a mullet. When I left the salon I couldnt tell how bad my service was because my hair was curled. Once I got home and straightened my hair I notice that it was short in some places and long in others. I called the salon and they told me to come back in so that someone else could fix the issue. The girl who helped me (during my second visit) tried to fix my hair but it was too much of a mess at that point. Over the next three weeks all of my extensions fell out. Once they were all out I realized that my hair cut was horrific too. Once again it was different lengths in different places. I called the spa and asked to speak to the manager but was told they didnt know when she would be in the salon because she only comes in occasionally!

Great people but this company is not a service to waste your money on. I went and got my eye lashes done, that same night they started to fall out in bunches and I was not happy. I came back in the next week to get them re-done and I went home and the next day they fell out again. They use Cheap glue and she didnt even align my eye lashes properly. She just got out of school which makes her an "Apprentice" but she robbed me for my buck, when typically as an apprentice they shouldnt charge the full price. Usually its lower of a cost. I wouldnt waste your time and money on poor quality lashes.

Danette has been cutting and coloring my hair for the past year. She is incredibly talented and a total sweetheart! During my last visit, she convinced me to make an appointment for eyelash extensions. I am so happy I listened. The appointment was about an hour long, but the recliners are so comfortable I nearly fell asleep. My eyelashes look terrific…I have never received so many compliments before! Make sure you try the Brazilian Blowout too! The staff at this salon is extremely friendly. I recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for talented cosmetologists and gorgeous lashes!

I went to Runway Hair Salon in Draper and had Andrea cut my hair. She was so knowledgeable about hair and what products to use and what products will help my hair. She was very personable and kind. The cut was well priced and in a very comfortable setting. I had to take 2 of my children and nobody said anything, they offered them snacks and drinks. I will go back and use Runway Hair Salon as my hair salon from now on!! Oh and the most important part, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY HAIR CUT!!

I loved EVERYTHING about this salon. Customer service was fantastic. I appreciate that they send you a reminder email of your appointment and a call the day before. The salon is posh and super cute. They have a little goodie area where snacks are available and a choice of several beverages. My stylist Kaitlyn Gilley was wonderful and she helped me to pick hair colors that would update my overall hairstyle. I am sure to be a repeat customer for a long time to come...!
