Dont let the Asian lady cut your hair! I specifically asked if she could do steps, she has no idea what that is because she started them and I had to show her how to finish them. She yelled at me for touching her tools so I had to show her exactly where to cut and I had to tell her to maintain her tools so she can use them effectively. She told me they are not sharp enough for what I wanted. I guess that is why I asked if she knew how to do steps when I walked in the door. She was pissed and doesnt speak English so that was a great conversation. Make sure you go to this place and use the blonde girl named Kayla, she is awesome and did an amazing job with my 15 year old that is very picky.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in to get 3-4 inches taken off to put my hair at my shoulders and the guy chopped my hair. Not only did he not blend my layers whatsoever but he cut it uneven. One side was an inch longer then the other. He cut weird angles into my hair too, I ended up with about 7 inches cut off plus another inch when I had to get it fixed, twice as much as I asked for. I have gone to Supercuts 3 times over the past 10 years and everytime they royally scew up my hair! Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else! It will take me over a year to grow my hair back, thanks for nothing supercuts!

Made an appointment for my Son and I at 10:30 am. The Asian lady, who was very nice told us to come back at noon. We went back at noon. Still busy with the same people waiting. We left and returned at 2:00pm. The same lady said oh, maybe come back in a while. She muttered something about the other stylist. So, we spent the whole day waiting around for nothing! We are now looking for someone else to cut our hair AND........ We will NEVER return to this place! Dont waste your time. They dont really care.

Called in 2 hours before and they setup an appointment at 3PM by taking name and number. When i head there, 2 folks there not doing any cuts and say they cant see any appointment that i made and said they are busy and will take appointment after 1 hour. Unbelievable ..when there is only 1 person waiting for the cut... wish there was a black star rating for this location..

I called in advance. I showed up right on time for my appointment. 30 minutes later after reading the reviews online about this place, I was next...and it was the Asian lady who had all the bad reviews. I stood up and walked right out. What is wrong with hair cutting places these days?

I come here anytime I need a haircut and Everytime I am pleased I have only had one bad experience there and the stylist that did my hair that time doesnt work there anymore.

My sons hair looks terrible, maybe if they fix it at no charge Ill give them 3 out of 5 stars but how is a fade not common hairstyle knowledge?

Hairstylist was not friendly at all and my sons hair is uneven on one side. Not going there again. At least not to the same stylist for sure.
