I was referred to Foxi Hair from a friend of mine who is a stylist. I went to the salon a few times and took a look at their products and finally decided to buy wefts from them. I paid the $180 for the hair and had it installed. It was fine for a week or so and then all of a sudden it shed, broke off and tangled horribly. I dealt with it for 2 months and had to replace it. My friend said maybe I got a "bad batch", as this is not the norm. I contacted Foxi and asked if they would be willing to help me out, maybe replace the bag I purchased prior. I was willing to pay the cost of the hair so the salon was not out a ton of cash. I was told that they would replace the hair and install it for $260. Considering I paid $180 once for hair alone I cant imagine taking another risk for $260! I was hoping Foxi Hair would try to make this right and possibly keep me as a lifetime customer as well as getting referrals from me but they dont seem interested. I am disappointed and think that customer service has gone down the crapper for a lot of businesses, which is to bad since one person who has had a bad experience will tell 8-10x more people than someone who has not.

I am a licensed cosmetologist and have been looking for great hair for hair extensions. I have tried their hair twice now and each time with poor results. I use all the products that they recommend and after a week of wear the hair turns into straw. I deep condition constantly trying to help the hair, but to no avail. They also tout that the hair is 100% human hair and I have several synthetic strands. When I brought that to their attention I was told that I was incorrect. You can tell the difference in synthetic and human hair. The customer service is a 0 as well. I dealt with Eric twice at the front desk and each time he spoke down to me and everything was my fault. He looked me up in the computer and apparently looked up someone else. He told me to next time give him to correct name. What?!? I would NEVER recommend Foxi hair extensions to anybody unless you never want to wear them again!!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HAIR. I have been wearing hair extensions for about 10 years and I will do everything I can so that others dont have to go through what happened to me. After 2 weeks of application, my hair tangled and started to dread. I had to take them out because brushing my hair was not an option. I called the owner, Rod and he said he would give me another set of hair for half price! He also suggested I use another line of salon products (more expensive) which was absurd! I have used the Enjoy line for several years which is what this salon suggests and now he says that they dont work on my hair? Also, if you look at the rest of Foxis reviews, you will notice that every single professional discourages and does not recommend this hair. Bottom line.... if you want hair that lasts 2-3 weeks go here. They dont guarantee their hair and offered me no refund.

I dont necessarily have a problem with the salon itself because I have never been but Foxi Hair Extensions are the worst hair extensions I have ever used. Im a licensed hair stylist of over 10 years and I have been doing extensions for over 4 years. I had such a terrible issue with the quality of hair along with the owner of the extension company, Rod. They matted so badly my client was in tears after 2 weeks. When I complained I got ignored and now they refuse to reimburse me for hair I already bought and have yet to receive. Babe hair extensions are the way to go and I regret more than anything trying out this company. Biggest mistake of my career. I also think the positive reviews on this page are fake and made up especially considering the dates of the reviews and the dates I complained to them are almost identical. What a shame.

I have been a customer of Foxi for 3 years, AND HAVE LOVED EVERY EXPERIENCE. I had extensions for 2.5 of those years. I loved my extensions (took them out to save money). They were the best quality I have been able to find. I TOOK CARE OF THEM EXACTLY HOW THEY RECOMMENDED, and had no problems. They blended with my natural hair perfectly, and I have fine straight hair. They even took extra time to teach me the best techniques to care for my hair. My mom also gets extensions from them and she had horrible hair loss on the sides because of bad extensions. They recommended certain products and added extension the proper way which prevented more hair loss. Now my mom has new hair growing all over the place. I have never gone to a stylist who does exactly what I want, but at Foxi I am ALWAYS blown away with my hair results.

Im a licensed hair extension specialist and was excited to try the new hair Foxi started carrying around spring in 2014. they said that their old hair was grade 3, and their new hair is grade 1 which is "the very best that should exist." It is better than the hair they used to carry, but its still tangles often and only lasts a few months before becoming kind of unmanageable. RecentlyI have tried both the tape in hair and the Wefts. if you or your clients are looking for top quality hair I recommend a Babehair for tape ins or strand by strand hair, and Boyhme in wefts. Good luck to us all! Its very hard to find good hair these days.

Foxi Hair sucks. Plain and simple. My wife does hair and particularly does a lot of extensions. Foxi has screwed up her orders so many times that its almost as if they are trying to screw her business on purpose. From receiving crappy hair, to having orders not show up when promised, its a wonder that they are even in business at all. My wife has had to reschedule many clients because of Foxis screw ups and then try to get what she needs from their unhelpful and incompetent "customer service" staff. Do yourself a huge favor and just order hair from someone else.

Hi! Poor college student here. I bought Foxi hair extensions about 4 weeks ago. I have worn extensions for about 6 years now, and these are by far the absolute worst I have ever even seen. I was so upset about the quality of the hair I asked my stylist to get me a refund. When she finally got in touch with the owner he said he would sell me more hair for a discounted price. What a rip off! I would never use this hair again, even if there was no cost. It bunches, It clumps, It dreads. Its embarrassing to even have in my hair. DO NOT USE THESE EXTENSIONS.

this place is awesome, fun and hip! I got my hair done at their hair salon and they did a fantastic job! I also got some pink and purple hair extensions in and they are fabulous....everyone compliments me on them and are in shock when I tell them they are not my own hair. It is high quality human hair and it feels like my own hair and curls like my own hair also. The color does not bleed onto my blonde hair which was the downfall when I dyed my actual hair with special effects hair dyes. If you need your hair done....this is the place to go!
