I am not normally one to post about my experiences unless they are considered 5-stars & having thoroughly enjoyed myself. However, my experience at great clips was anything but... I unfortunately felt rushed through the cut, and when I asked about going shorter & cleaning it up I was advised not to because it would relieve my bald patches- umm I know, Im aware. My fiance had the privledge of making her 1st freelance cut when we arrived home, I guess thats a plus. Sorry great clips, wont be coming back. -rant over-

Not a single smile from anyone. Stylist seemed very aggravated (HOlly) when I asked what I wanted done. I wanted to save a few bucks buy I guess you obviously get what you pay for. I will go back to fabulous cuts since they really do an amazing job even though it does cost a few more dollars. Never touching this place again. Thank you "great" clips.
