VERY high price for the service you recive. I should have been clued in when I walked in and the theripists were at the counter eating lunch and talking about their husbands. I had to wait on a round barrel chair. Walked back to my facial to recive a quick rinse and and application of product. I then was asked if I wanted face lotion after the service for $10 more. I had to PAY extra for lotion. 20 min later I recived a bill for $105. OK i have paid $100 for a facial before...however the places had robes, were relaxing, didnt have holes in their draping, had heat warmers in the bed, had a spa feel. This place really felt like a hair salon with some rooms in the back for treatments. I have had a better experiance at an estitician school where I paid $20...at least there I would expect holes in towels, girls chatting it up, and styrophome cups for water servcie. Avoid this place if you are looking for a SPA resort feel....this is NOT the place to go.

I thought this was a great experience. I went to the spa in Jordan Landing for waxing and they were really helpful and efficient. Ive priced the same services at other day spas, and this is comparable and usually better. The girls at the front might be a little ditsy, but the services are provided with professionalism and competence. Ive never had such a thorough, comfortable, wax that didnt take forever. She gave me plenty of time to clean up after and I did not feel rushed. It was the perfect combination between relaxing and efficient. I would recommend they provide a sensitive skin wax. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I will be returning for other services.

I love the Spa Club. Ive been going there for two years now. The girls are super friendly and listen to what you want them to do. I always tell them "dont be afraid to cut" because a lot of them have said that they have had customers get mad for cutting "too much" (Why? It will always grow back!) and they cut only a little at a time. Every time they cut my hair, it grows back super fast! They are all wonderful. I think Ive had my hair cut by all of them and they are all fantastic. Cassy is awesome at highlights too!

Much better experience! I cant remember the girls name that waxed me, but she was very quick, and you could tell she knew what she was doing. I think she might even be a little better than my original wax girl I had elsewhere before she moved away, so thank you! I will probably be booking my waxes here from now on if the same girl is there! Also, I was really impressed that the manager called me directly to hear about my complaints, and to see how she could help me. You dont see that much these days. I appreciated it!

I was very disappointed, while the service was Great, it was disappointing that a pedicure ending up costing me so much. I recieved a gift certificate for a deluxe pedicure for mothers day from my daughter. She was told I would recieved the member price, because she is a member. This was not true! Bait and switch. By the time I paid tip and shellac upgrade 20.00 the total cost was $95.00 for a pedicure. Needless to say I wont be joining or returning in the future.

I have worked in the Spa industry for a few years now, and the Spa Club is by far the worst place ever to work. I have also met a few other estheticians that feel the same way. Plus, because they have a high turnover rate, the girls doing the services there suck!!!! Do not get a service done there or work there you will regret it!!!!! By the way there are so many other spas out there I am sure you will find one much better closer to you anyway.

Spas are relaxing and enjoyable - Why do mom and pop nail salons like this one put SPA in their name when it is no where near what a SPA really is. This is not a SPA experiance - Just an over priced nail salon like you would find in a shopping mall or walmart. Dont expect service from this place - dont forget your extra credit cards to pay for the add-ons that you will have to pay on top of your base price for service.

Ive been going to this location for years. The remodel turned out beautiful. They have the best estheticians and I always have a relaxing time there. They have multiple chairs if youd like to have a pedicure with friends. I also enjoy facials and waxing services there. Very clean! The location is great and there is a lot of parking. A HUGE plus is they are open Sundays!!!

I went in for a massage, manicure and pedicure. I ended up paying $60 to get out the door on top of my certificate ...they didnt clean under my toes, did not soak my hands before my manicure and my shellac was peeling after a week - I expect a day spa to be the best of the best and this was a disappointment!

Ive been coming to The Spa Club for years and loved it! Then they changed owners & the name. i thought things would change, and they did for the better! The remodel is awesome and inviting , the staff is always friendly & i love the little "parties" they give.

I came in for balayage on my hair. It was TERRIBLE. I had to pay extra for the "lead stylist" and it looked like she literally just dipped half my hair in bleach. I had to go elsewhere to a REAL professional and have it fixed. Dont waste your time or money!

Kayla did a fantastic job on my haircut. She took her time to make sure I was happy with the results. I will definitely be returning. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly and the salon was clean and inviting.

The two massages I have had here so far have been wonderful. I also had a facial that was great. The esthetician didnt clean off all of the product from the facial but I just went home and took a shower.
