I checked in online. I was told it was a 23 minute wait. I drove the 19 minutes to the salon, where the stylist told me it would now be an additional near-30 minute wait because "other people walked in before you got here." I asked what the point was of checking in online and they couldnt answer me. One of the stylists talked to me like I was a disappointed 5-year-old child. I left. I have since confirmed with corporate that this franchise is ignoring the rules of the check-in system. The corporate office told me that guests are supposed to be taken back in the order they check-in, whether they come in through the door or check-in online. I used to visit this location all the time. I wont be back there again and I told the corporate office that I sincerely hope theyll crack down on this locations bad behavior. Im doubly upset because I ended up going to another location and the stylist must have been new because I received the worst haircut I have ever had, to the point that I have been keeping my hair in a ponytail to hide how uneven it is and how awful it looks until I can get it fixed. I used to trust this Great Clips, and a year ago, I would have given this place 5 stars. I dont know what happened, but Ill never trust this Great Clips or any other again. They cant be trusted.

I am not one to post reviews, but wow. Worst haircut Ive ever had. FASTEST haircut Ive ever had... but worst. Before I was asked how I liked my neckline, it was just buzzed half an inch higher than what looks natural. Before I was asked how I like my sideburns... Gone. I have been in the bathroom fixing it with normal scissors. On the positive side, with all the hair that I have cut off myself from the spots she clearly missed, Ill be able to sweep it up and knit a hat to hide my now hideous haircut. Its hard to complain about a $14 haircut, but I wouldnt call it "Great". 0/10 would go again.

A gamble to get your haircut here, all the barbers seems to be trying their best but a few achieve it. Prices are ok but sometimes they can trick you with extra cost in your service.
