I got the worst hair cut ever by the store manager! She did not ask me how I want to cut my hair, she assumed and started cutting. Before I could tell her stop, she cut 2 inches of my hair! (I was planning to cut half of the inch). She was more concern about stupid conversation about nothing, then discussion on how to cut my hair! I think they do better job at great clips then in this salon!

After calling all over and getting bad customer service, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mark. He was courteous and knew his stuff. I came in and he was absolutely amazing! He listened to me and then gave his professional opinion and I am so happy I went with him. He made me feel glamorous with everything he did. I WILL BE BACK!
