Did not get a great cut last time I went, but thought Id give them another try. Walked in with 3 people in front of me and 3 stylists working. I was told its be 15-20 minutes, no big deal. 2 stylists then proceed to leave for the day leaving 1 person with the remaining customers. I had already waited 30 minutes and it would have taken no time at all if the other 2 had helped finish the queue. Left after another 5-10 minutes with people still in front of me. Never going back.

If i could give them no star i would. So i walk in i ask a simple question. That question was do you trim beards because a couple places ive gone and asked dont. the gal responds very harsh and smart ass. On my way out the door when my back was turned i hear her say to a guy getting a hair cut "do we trim beards what kind of stupid question was that". So if this is how the are to people why would anyone go to a place like that. Needless to say i want be going there ever again.

Not only did the lady not listen to me when describing how to cut my daughters hair I feel that after arguing with her twice she messed it up on purpose to get us to leave. I will post her name when I get it so you can have a better experience then we did. My poor girl is in tears.
