I had nails done there this morning by Judith. I paid $30 for gel nails that look like a student did them. I had 2 colors to choose from. She wanted to use regular polish as she only had 2 colors to choose from then put the gel on top. That just didnt sound riht to me. The technician did not clean her tools before she drilled my old polish off. One of the reasons I went to a higher end salon was to avoid having my gel polish drilled off. I guess that was a waste of time and money. The paint job is horrid with lumps and uneven. It took her over an hour to complete. It wasnt even close to a manicure. I had a better manicure/gel paint from the Asian parlors for 1/2 the cost with better sanitation. NEVER AGAIN! Never again!

Jennifer Olsen was the "stylist" who cut my hair and did a horrific job on it. Even though I brought a picture with me and was specific about what I wanted she just went ahead and did whatever she wanted. She left my right side shorter than the left, blunt cut the back and sides (who does that?). After asking her to feather the hair and make it piecey, she couldnt even do that. For someone claiming to have 20+ years of experience cutting hair, she was worst than a beauty school student. Or maybe she just need to wear glasses to be able to see in detail the bad cuts she gives. Money and time wasted!

Kristen Benstog is the cats meow! I was impressed that after explaining what I wanted Kristen was able to give me more than I was hoping for with my cut and color! Kristen is insanely knowledgable about hair products and told me that she would rather have me buy conditioner that would keep my hair healthy versus leaving her a nice tip. How many hair stylists would say something like that? Only Kristen!

I dont know who Ari is in writing a review about Jennnifer Olsen but Jennifer had as always done an amazing job on my hair, she is sweet and kind and does everything she can to do my hair the way I want , and it turns out beautiful, thank you Jen for always doing the right thing, and knowing Jennifer f there was a problem with your hair she would love to fix it, or work with you on you hair.

LOVE Panache!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean environment. What I love about Panache the most is Andrea Roskelley!! She is the absolute best. I always come in with a dozen pictures of what I want and she always gives me her honest opinion of what will work best for my type of hair and such. This Salon is the BEST one the area for sure! All the stylist are required to attend advanced training classes several times a year. I go to Angela Folsom...she is amazing with sassy hair dos!
