I like the professionalism of the staff and the care they seem to take with each customer wants and needs. I like the MVP service of washing out your hair after its cut, for years I told a barber to get the apron as tight as possible around my neck and still fought hair down my back after, this has not happened with SportClips. I like the prices being posted up front for easy choices and each age group is covered. I like the staff seems happy, not rushed and they continue to ask if your concerns on your cut are satisfied. I just need a good haircut, cut the way I like and without a hassle or pressure, I get that at SportClips with whoever cuts my hair that day.

Liked the stylist I had last time. Called to see if they were working and Chris (found out later, the owner) answered the phone. He was rude and sounded like he didnt know how to use their system to look up who cut my hair last time. When I asked if I could talk to someone else, he said he was the owner and laughed at me. Then hung up. Going somewhere else from now on.

I got a coupon for a free haircut but I couldnt use it at the Riverdale location because it had Clinton on the back. Seems like a coupon from a franchise should be valid at any of their locations. Funny that great clips would honor the sports clips coupon but sports clips in Riverdale wouldnt. Pretty sure Ill avoid sports clips from now on.

Rushed and uneven cut. I showed a pic of what my sons usual cut looks like but it didnt show the back. Therefore, Julianne botched it and told me next time to show a pic of the back as well...I suppose a pic would have prevented her from a crooked, uneven cut? Even the sides are not smooth nor straight.

System sucks. Watched 2 people walk in behind me, they were asked if they had been there earlier or had called first and both said no. Then both somehow went before me and forced me to leave after sitting for 45 minutes.

Very competent, friendly, and quick. A very good experience. Ill never go back to dollar cuts or great clips. While those places have served me well in the past, Sport Clips was definitely a step up in every aspect.

Very friendly atmosphere and great service. Was given a coupon by my friend to get a free MVP session, and its definitely worth it for the hot towel treatment and head massage. Will definitely revisit.
