You get what you pay for. I felt ignored by my stylist, and I felt like she didnt pay attention to the needs of my hair. I got a cut and color. The color, at first, I was pleased with. But I knew immediately the cut was bad. The layers in my hair made no sense, looked completely unnatural, but at the time, I was pleased enough with the color I was happy. The stylist recommended a shampoo for the color, it was very expensive, but I bought it, as this was the reason I went to a salon, because I am definitely no expert on my hair. Within a week the shampoo made my hair sticky and fried it, and the color faded to a canary yellow. The awkward bang length makes my hair impossible to leave down without looking silly, and I dont want to apply heat to fix it. Putting my hair up causes my bangs to constantly fall out, and they were left too long that theyre falling in my face. Lastly, the damage to my hair the shampoo caused can not be undone. Beware, you get what you pay for, and the stylists dont always know what theyre doing. I dont think I will be returning to SuperCuts.

This store in particular is the only one that I go to, I have recently started getting my haircut again because they are the only ones who have ever been able to do it to my satisfaction. Previously I had had a friend or relative cut my hair because I could not find anybody that could do it, it isnt that difficult, just clippers and a attachment, cut it all same length. Both ladies now that I have had cut my hair did an excellent job were very courteous and did it exactly as I had described which is actually very refreshing. My haircut was only $15 each time which to be honest is a little more than I would like to spend but for the price of getting my hair cut the way I originally requested in the end is worth it. Will be returning again.

Awful haircut! The lady was brusque and didnt listen at all to what I wanted. I even showed pictures. I came in with an asymmetrical haircut where one side was short, the other was long. I asked to basically get rid of the asymmetrical and give me a longish pixie cut with long side swept bangs or straight cut across. I had to take my glasses off so I didnt see what was happening but she gave me a short pixie cut and cut off my bangs! Its going to be months before my hair will grow back to where I actually wanted it! In the mean time I cant pin them back or do anything with my hair because it is way too short! Im appalled!! Update: According to my husband, I look like a lesbian.

Do not got here, yea the gals are nice but... look at the picture my hair was like that after she was done! I have spots all over... and all i wanted was a melt! i think these gals need to touch up on their education. My hair was done by a gal in the mornings (forgot her name) that said she has been doing hair for over 15 years... yea... unless you want your hair to look like a cheetah dont go here. P.s. the only reason i found out because i went to ulta to get my haircut... and this is what they found...

Its always scary going to a new salon to get your hair cut and dyed. Nonetheless, my stylist, Kelsea, made me feel right at home and although young, she definitely knew what she was doing. Ive gotten my hair dyed a good 5+ times and I was never content with the color that came out. However, this is the first time that I was in awe about how beautiful my cut and highlights were done. She is amazing! So friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The other staff were as well. Definitely recommend.

First time I went in there I had an awesome experience and that why I went back again. But, that time I asked the lady to do a fade on my son and keep the top a little short well he came out almost bald and it was all the same length all around , no fade , pretty much bald.oh and not to forget she didnt wipe him off or anything he walked out with so much hair on him.

I was searching and searching for a good place to cut my hair. Finally I found this supercuts. After trying almost half the places in the city. I have been to this one three times now and they have done a great job each time. I just get a basic hair cut. And so many other places in town cant do it right. Thanks I wish I knew the stylist name to give her credit.

I went in for a haircut and my wife decided to get her eyebrows done. We were both highly disappointed with the results. The neckline was completely uneven and they also butchered my wifes eyebrows. We would never recommend this place to anyone.

Boyfriend came home and one side of his neck was shaved nicely, the other side was not. It was noticeably longer! She didnt do a good job and it wasnt straight. He said she was rushing and knew it wasnt going to look good.
