After an equally hideous experience at Authentic Cuts, I decided to give Fantastic Sams a try and beyond disappointed. I walked in and sat and after a few minutes sometime asked if I been helped. I asked how long the wait is, they didnt know, but looked around and said I would be next. One of the stylist left half way though what she was doing, then they said there was another cut ahead of me and asked if it was ok if I let someone else go first. I said ok under my breath and tried to make it obvious it wasnt without making a scene, offered no apology and the unorganized group of stylist kept going. Awful service and that is a killer for me. Waiting 10 minutes is different than 45.

This place deserves no stars if I could give this f****** place and negative star I would I went in for a cut and color. My scalp so bad that I cant even brush my hair and left the hair dye and I have hair dye over my face my ears and my neck and I cant even lay down because of how bad my head hurts it was in the chair for six hours for a cut and color a two-year-old could have done better

Abril is super sweet honestly. I got my first pixie cut here and when I first came in I was super scared because I didnt know what to expect but then Abril started making small talk and being super nice while at the same time doing a fantastic job on my hair! I dont regret coming here at all. In the end I loved my hair and made a new temporary friend :)

DONT GO THERE!!!!! I got a eyebrow trimming and a lip wax. they burnt my lip area and eyebrow area too. also they ripped skin off of my lip and eyebrow area too. I had to get a special ointment for my skin.

My son got his haircut. Worse hair cut he has ever had and that includes the ones Ive given him. My son was literally in tears. Luckily the lady at Great Clips on 35th fixed it.

Is there a negative star option? Walk in to get a haircolor and the lady says she cant do it because a hair process takes awhile, and she was leaving in a while....
