Well for starters, the past 17 years I have been going to the same person back in WI up until today! So this was huge for me. I walked in and right away this wonderful woman Rachel sat me in her chair. She totally listened and watched as I explained what I would like from this experience. She moved nice , quick and efficient. I loved the out come so much. And the price was perfect and not what I was expecting. So I was totally able to leave a huge tip, which Rachel deserved. I will be coming back most definitely!

Got my hair cut last night and had a few things I wanted changed. Customer service was amazing. They got me right in for a redo. I wish I caught the womans name who did it because she did a spectacular job. Very detail oriented. In and out in 10 minutes. Thank you. She appeared to be one of the managers and if not should be considered for one.

My hair cut came out choppy... The stylist cut in V n then cut my layers straight across! Who does that! Absolutely horrible! Plus i was told i couldnt have my hair cut a certain way... Which was crap cuz i hv requested from other salons without any problems. If u want ur hair done right...dont go to great clips.

The worst every! I told the girl only trim a 1inch off the back of my hair. She said it needs a little more off. She showed me about a 1/2 inch more. I said ok but no more. Well (4 )inches later I am NOT HAPPY. I will never refer them to anybody.

Went towards the end of the night so the lady seem to rush with my hair but she did a decent job for the amount of time spent. Theres a sale that took place over the weekend too.

The stylist was good, but Im not sure if her clippers werent sharp enough. It kept pulling at my hair. Im a gentleman and didnt let it bother me too much. Still a decent haircut.
