I have been going to this Great Clips for 8 years and Marcy always delivers but I am not so sure Id ever return. Like most retail businesses these days that try to capitalize on cutting edge technology to market to their customers, GC now requires you to download yet another app on your phone so you can queue up in advance. Although I see the merits, sometimes I just want to pop in because I dont see a line and I have 15 minutes for a quick haircut. Mostly, I dont want to have to deal with another app! This was the case last week, I was driving by, saw an empty shop and jumped in. Although I was there in person, I had to wait 45 minutes for people to keep walking in the door behind me who checked in online. My available 15 minutes turned into an hour when all was said and done and my haircut (not by Marcy) was terrible. I think what most soured me was my first interaction with Marcy and her colleague. It wasn’t “Hi, welcome back . . . how we can help you?” It was completely depersonalized to “Did you sign in online”? Insinuating that I was some sort of moron for not keeping with the times. My response was, “no, but I am here in person. Is that okay?” Moral of the story, download their app or go somewhere else to be treated like a human being.

Horrible!!! It took me 6 years to grow my hair out I was saving it for my sister who has a rare genetic condition, I asked her to only layer the top section of my hair and to not take any length! She took it upon herself to do what she thought was best and cut 4 inches off my hair I am completely devastated!!!!! Never had a good experience with any great clips have no idea why went back, ridiculous that Ive got to go pay a private stylist $40 for a simple trim! Thanks a lot great clips let me down again!

I will never come to this location again. I took my son here on Saturday. I expressed to the lady that we were having family pictures and wanted my sons hair cut the way they have cut it over a dozen times this summer. I started to explain the way they have typical done it and she rudely interrupted and said she can see the notes so she knows how to do it. It took her approximately 6 minutes to butcher my sons hair. Very disappointed in the service. Wont be going back.

Wait time: minimal, lots of hair dressers ready to help. There where 5 people in front of me and I waited maybe 5 minutes. Cleanliness: extremely clean. Very neat. Customer service: friendly. Actual hair cut: It felt rushed. Haircut took maybe 5 minutes, felt like I was on a production line... quality of the cut was low! I get better haircuts by barber students at the barber school. It was disappointing. Ill think about it twice before coming here again.

We easily scheduled an appointment online, which was fast and convenient. They were ready for us as soon as we arrived. Allie was my sons stylist, and I was extremely impressed with how efficient, precise & how great she was with my wiggle-worm, son. She listened to my requests & the cut was even better than the picture! The entire process took 15 minutes, and definitely made a repeat customer out of me. Thank you Allie!

Would give it less stars if I could. The lady that cut my husbands hair did a terrible job. She faded one side of his hair but not the other. And when it came time to pay, the lady couldnt figure out her own system. So, instead of just copy as soon as it stopped working she made us wait 20 minutes while she tried to fix it. Would not recommend.

Contrary to many bad reviews I saw here, for us the experience always its great, my husband after looking for many places found this place and love the way they do his hair, usually Ali its the one that cut for him, but we never had any problem, we tried to do the online check in, because sometimes they are quite busy... specially weekends!

Walk in no appointment and the stylist if you can call them that was rushing through my hair cut and seemed put out when asking for a shampoo, and then when checked cut at home long hair and some stray hairs not cut stylist didnt appear to really care about customer satisfaction. I will NOT be going back to this location ever again

Jaynie is great, I dont know if she knows it but she gives great advice and great service, I highly recommend her! Thank you!! Since Im new I didnt know about their app. I didnt mind waiting though, just new to great clips in general. Definitely get the app and use it when your on your way over.

I feel that great clips service can be pretty varied. I got great service at this location they have 4 girls who have been at this location for a long time. I got a clean cut that turned out exactly how I wanted. Allie did a great job!

Went in late hours and the person rushed through the routine in just few minutes. If they didnt have time, they should have refused service instead of messing up the haircut.

Definitely varies depending on stylist, but great deal during their sales. This location is not by Albertsons like it still says though. That was two stores ago.
