I went in to get my lips enhanced with doctor Dunkley due to the deal($) that he had on Juvederm ( $450/ syringe) . I have had my lips done several times with Juvederm by a couple different doctors and I have always been satisfied with the results. During my appointment with doctor Dunkley, he came in with a syringe of Perlane after he numbed me. When I asked if he was out of Juvederm his response was that he was not but thought that I would get better results with the Perlane. After hesitation, I trusted his advise because he is a professional and I am not. I came in after a week and a half because my lips were uneven and had lost quite a bit of volume. He agreed that my bottom lip was uneven and "touched" it up but ignored my complaint about the overall loss of volume claiming that it was because "the swelling went down". I am not an idiot! Of course it did. After about a month or less all of the Perlane had absorbed and my lips had no remaining volume what so ever. When I called Dunkleys office to inform them of the situation they didnt offer any resolution. Generally with Juvederm my results last 9 -18 months. I am very disappointed and frankly pissed that I threw $450 away. I will not be going back to Dr. Dunkley. A few weeks ago I spoke with a different plastic surgeon and he suggested that the reason Dunkley pushed the Perlane on me was that he was getting a financial kick back on the units he sold, and that most surgeons will not use Perlane on the lips.

I had the best experience. I had a surgery about 5 years and I still talk about my wonderful experience to this day. Dr. Dunkey and hes staff gave over 110%. I was told I had rosacea by a few dermatologist and they told me I had no hope. But Dr. dunkey did a quick test and my face cleared up in the area he treated. My whole is is completely clear now! It also helped with bad acne because on the side of my face I had some really bad acne and now its all clear. He has a wonderful staff and kristy is amazing!! She was the one that did the treatments. Before I had my procedure I told him I never have been put under and I was very scared. He introduced me to hes staff and even the anesthesiologist to make feel more comfortable and it did! After my procedure he personally called me that night to make sure I was ok and doing well. That right there sealed the deal to making this the best experience. He is very understanding and is genuinely concerned about you.

I went to Dr. Dunkley for my second surgery. After my consultation, I felt very comfortable with him and his staff. The ladies in the office were supportive and encouraging, never getting frustrated even after my third call to change what I wanted. Each time I called, I was reassured that they were there for me and my happiness with my results. Dr. Dunkley walked me through the whole process from surgery to recovery so I knew what to expect with the procedure. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Dunkley, the anesthesiologist, the nurses and the ladies in the office confirmed that I had made the right decision. They not only did a great job, they communicated with my family and made them comfortable during their wait. My results exceeded my expectations and if I ever have another procedure, I will be calling the office of Dr.Dunkley.

Never really having any medical procedure in my life, I was very apprehensive about having surgery. The consultation was a good experience, and I decided it was something I wanted to move forward. I did not at all feel pressured after being given all options and risks. The day of the surgery I was to say the least nervous. The staff immediately made me feel more at ease and comfortable. My care was clearly the most important thing on everyones mind. I cannot put enough emphasis on how professional and caring everyone in the office conducted themselves. Dr. Dunkley is an amazing artist. I have had labiaplasty, liposuction under my chin, and platysmaplasty to tighten an aging neck and fatty little waddle under my chin with Dr. Dunkley. I could not be happier with the results. A week after the surgery when I finally ventured in public for the first time, I had multiple strangers tell me I was beautiful and even asked me if I modeled...and I will be 40 this year!! My results are top quality but the price is half or a third what you would pay in NY or LA. I was nervous beforehand, but so happy I finally did this and only wonder why I waited so long. Top ratings in all respects.

Absolutely loved Dr. Dunkley and his staff at Envision Cosmetic Surgery. The office was very peaceful, clean and professional. Dr. Dunkley personally answered my emails about what procedures would need to be done and made my overall experience very pleasant. Staff members were also very kind, knowledgeable about my procedure and addressed all of my concerns. I had a breast lift and augmentation 2 weeks ago and am completely healed, looking and feeling amazing. Results are better then expected and I can honestly say this procedure was some of the best $$$ I have ever spent!!

Dr. Dunkley and his staff were amazing! I went to his office for a free consultation and felt comfortable with Dr. Dunkley and his staff. I decided to do a Tummy Tuck, Breast lift, Breast Augmentation, and Liposuction. I couldnt be more satisfied with the results of the surgeries. He renewed my self confidence in my body! Dr Dunkley is a life saver. I was involved in an accident and my left breast that I had done years earlier ruptured. Even though he did not perform my first surgery he was able to get my implant warrantied. I was able to upgrade to silicone from saline. My surgery was much easier than my first and I feel so much better now that I am healed. I cant thank Dr Dunley or his staff enough. They were so nice, and treated me like family.

One of the best things Ive done for myself was to have a couple things done at Envision Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Dunkley is an awesome practicioner, and I can tell that he always strives for perfection. Besides the doctor himself, the rest of his team have all proven themselves to be very competent and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend checking them out if you are interested in making improvements ;)

I had a rhinoplasty done, I was the first surgery in the morning, I showed up and no one was there, about 45 minutes after my surgery was supposed the start a lady showed up and said "she was running late" she didnt apologize, the Doctor didnt apologize. Everything was very unprofessional. I am happy with my nose and thats the only reason I would give 2 stars.

Dr. Dunkley and his staff were absolutely amazing. I felt like every person in the office had a positive and outgoing demeanor. I got a breast explant, and a lift. It has been less than two weeks, and I feel and look amazing! Dr. Dunkley did a beautiful job, and I feel a renewed confidence in myself that I thought was gone forever.
