First and foremost I want to say that Cynthia was really nice and friendly. The staff was great but I feel I didnt get what I paid for. I went to get a grey ombré that I had been wanting for so long. The first time I went I was there from 1 pm to about a quarter after 6 pm. I had never ever been so long at a hair salon in my life, and I have had my hair color done a lot of other times at other places. I walked out happy though because it came out great, but within 3 days it had completely faded away. My hair was completely yellow because of the bleach. So I called her and she gladly fixed it at no charge and it came out even better than the first time. I even went to the hair supply store and got the exact hair product she recommended for grey dyed hair. Again it faded within a week. The color was completely gone and again only the yellowing from the bleaching was showing. It look so ugly that I ended up just buying black hair dye and completely covered it up. Again she was super friendly but at the end of the day I am not happy with what I got. It feels unfair that I paid $138 to have my hair color only last a couple of days.

Ive been to Arizona Hair Co 3 times to get hair cuts (more like trims). The first time my trim came out pretty nice, nothing spectacular, but nice. Second time same thing. Third time I wanted to get side bangs and even brought in a picture of what I wanted it to look like. The lady was very nice, and I was brought in right away even though I didnt have an appointment. She was attentive to what I wanted, but she seemed to have difficulty getting my bangs rights. I thought it would have been a relatively simple cut, but I had to point out to her twice that one side of my hair was longer than the other and it looked wrong. She was always really nice and would fix whatever I said (I am not that picky about my hair) but overall the cut was dissapoointing and didnt really come out remotely like the picture I had brought it. I was a dissapointed, but at least my hair didnt look bad....just...meh.

The lady who cut my hair was rude and made me feel dumb for what I was asking for in my haircut. She only spent 5 minutes cutting my hair and it shows, its very choppy and not well done at all. The other employees seemed to have more fun gossiping in the bakc, I could hear them laughing loudly and chatting while there were other people waiting for their haircuts and other appointments. They also didnt blow-dry my hair at the end so I had to walk around with wet hair until I got home, not fun. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have visited several times and mostly have had a good experience. The first time I went I had my hair dyed and it came out beautiful. They did lowlights and purple with a dark chocolate brown and I looked absolutely amazing. I had gone in for several trims and then I went in to have an updo for an event and the person charged me a ton of money for a look that I did not ask for. I would definitely go back for trims and for color but not for a special event.

Every girl here in Az hair co. Is FAB! Each have there own personal ways and techniques to making your hair look 100% . They really do listen to your needs and wants and will do everything and anything in there power to achieve what your are looking for. There is a stylist named Veronica that is really great! Can make your hair look similar to what khloe kardashian has! Very pretty blonde ! LOVE IT !!!!

Dylan works magic like hes so talented at what he does Hes one of the friendliest stylists Ive encountered , his ideas are incredible & the end product makes you fall in love The first time I saw him I got a sort of pixie cut & the other time I saw him I got a extremely light shade of grey both times I was extremely happy

I took my cousin here and she loved it. The experience was great! Before the cut they washed your hair leaving you with a silky and soft sensation . The workers here are kind and its very clean here. If you come you must see Heather, she is awesome.The prices are cheap and youll love your hair in the end.

Came here today with my girlfriend, they told us it will take 2 hours, so I decided to stay and wait for her , its been 3 hrs shes not done yet , the girl who was cutting my gfs hair was getting other costumers ! Very disrespectful and unconsidered .
