The two times Ive gone here have been horrible. The first time we waited almost an hour to have anything done and once they started they just rushed through it. The second time we went, there wasnt a wait but they still rushed through it and even cut me. When I ripped my foot away he looked at me like I was crazy and didnt even apologize for it. Also, I ended up changing my mind on my paint color by the time my pedicure was over and before he started painting I ask to switch and he rudely said, "If you wanted a different color, why did you choose this one"?! Im only human, if I change my mind it shouldnt be a big deal. Its not like he started painting them and then I asked him to redo it or anything.. Besides, Im the one paying for the service. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Their customer service is extremely poor and for what you pay, you can find a much better place.

**WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!** So sad that I have to even girl you 1 star, considering you didnt deserve any! Me and the hubby went to Hawaii Nails here in Magna today to get just regular pedicures, the lady as she seated us did nothing but call us insulating names, talk rudely about our stretched ears, and saying I was fat and big, and that my legs had hair stubbles and of course all was in Vietnamese ! I of course was keeping my low about being Vietnamese, because I didnt expect them to talk rudely about clients that pay for their services to put money in their pockets! Will not ever see me again!

Absolutely poor!!! I normally do my own nails, but I decided to "pamper" my self and just sit for once! The fact that I said almond/stiletto nails and he looked at me confused and then I said pointy he had to ask the girl to do it. He over did the tips so they were stabbing into my skin... I should have walked out then!! Over all my nails look like garbage none of them match short, long, fat, skinny there really is no way to fix this, theyre a soak off and start over horrible. Money wasted, time wasted, and now Im just pissed. I would recommend going anywhere else unless you like trash!

Ive been going to Hawaii nails for several years. But the last several months Ive been sorely disappointed. I probably will never go back. I have given them several chances the customer service is non-existent the quality is subprime and the cleanliness of the salon has sorely gone downhill it is now a dirty dirty place. I would not recommend going there. The owner got a phone call from somebody with a complaint she told him she didnt have time to talk, but then spent the next 45 minutes talking to her cousin on the phone without saying a word to me the client.

I have been a returned customer of Hawaii nails for over 2 years because their service and customer treat are great. The nail specialists are professional and skillful. There is nothing better I can tell; you have to experience it yourself. Keep coming back often gives me some free service like a flower on toe, an air-brush, or some beautiful design, and they are FREE. Would recommend this place to family, friends or anyone asking about a nail salon.

This is was horrible. I wanted short, pointy almond nails but instead I got long ugly rectangles. Not only did the nail tech file my skin to the point I was bleeding, she sanded my nails to the point they were burning. She took a personal call whilst filing my nails and AGAIN whilst in the middle of waxing my eyebrows. SHE LEFT HOT WAX ON MY FACE TO TAKE A PHONE CALL TWICE. The fact I had to go home and fix my nails is ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE.

I was a customer At Hawaii nails for 4 years. Over the years I have seen their customer service go downhill. The last time I went there I needed my nails removed so I could get a new full set. The lady that was taking off my nails cut two of my finger tips. I was pissed because, I couldnt get a new set. the owner told me to come back when my fingers were healed and she would put on a new set of nails. Hell...no

I took my mother and sister there for a pedicure and manicure. They didnt put all of us together, they didnt understand/speak English that well so everytime my mother would compliment her or try to talk to her she would just glare at her. They rushed through the manicures and didnt do a very good job. This was the third time I had gone but I think Im going to try another place next time.

I went and got a full set of nails from Hawaii Nails. I found the environment to be friendly. I did not have an appointment but was promptly helped and while they were very busy, they were able to juggle customers so that everyone was attended to. They did a beautiful job and I was very satisfied. I would recommend my friends and family to their establishment.

normally i am not a fan of walk-in nail places but i got a wild hair and talked my hubby into getting a pedicure with me. we both loved it, in fact he got a manicure after too, they did a great job, the prices were extremely fair, i had the guy do my feet and that was hands down the best massage ive ever gotten. thanks guys we will be back

I love Hawaii Nails. they have a wonderful group of people working there and really do an wonderful job at Pedicures and Manicures and waxes. You get a full service when you come here which is why I just love coming in every month for a special treat just for me. I take my friends in with me and we have a lot of fun!

I have been going here for years to get my eyebrows waxed for the last month it has been a diffrent lady each time. This time they messed up really bad. For the first time ever i left with welts and un even eyebrows. Unless the other lady comes back from Texas I will never go back.

Been going there for almost 15 years, I live in Herriman and I drive there because its worth it. The owner knows what I want...and am picky. My daughter drives from Salt Lake also, there is not another place we would go.

Rushed through manicure and did not do a very good job. Pedicure was not done right and still have sore feet. They are more worried about their next client to worry about current one. Water was cold. Waste of money.

They dont pressure you to get the most expensive manicure and pedicure available like other places I have been too. The pedicures are priced great for all the stuff they do.
