Roller set and back-combing ???? We called and asked and they claimed to know how to do it. My friend, who was visiting from out of state, had it done and it cost her $20 for a style that was completely out the next day. She knew when the stylist was rolling it that it was going to be a problem since the stylist didnt use the rollers correctly. My friend is such a sweet lady that she didnt say anything and SHE SHOULD HAVE INSISTED THAT THE ROLLERS BE DONE CORRECTLY. She has it done weekly when shes at home so she knows how it should look and feel. The back-combing was a joke .... Its water over the dam for her, so to speak, and this is just a warning for others who want a wash and set. If they cant do this kind of roller set and back-comb style PROPERLY, why dont they say so up front!!!!! Courtesy training is also needed for the orange haired woman when she works with guests at the front counter. She was rather short with two customers who asked questions.

I have been here twice before with no issues however after today I will never go back. I have a newborn so I called while in the parking lot to see if there was a wait. I was told there was no one waiting and to come on in. Baby was asleep so it was perfect. After 15 minutes, a man came in. 10 minutes later another man came in who said he had an appointment. Just as one of the girls was finishing up a client the baby woke up and peed and I asked if I could change his diaper quickly before sitting down. A wet diaper takes about 1 minute to change. I came out and saw both men sitting to have their hair cuts. I asked if the first man had an appointment and she said no. I reminded her I had been waiting and she said, "Well, you were in the bathroom...so...". Are you kidding me? I was so upset I told them that it wasnt right of them and that I wasnt going to be able to stay. I ended up leaving in tears and having wasted 30 minutes for nothing. Horrible customer service.

Okay here is my new review. After my fubar haircut i called and complained. When i did so i found out thst i was not the only one that had received a bad haircut from this fantastic sams, and that all the old staff was replaced due to incompetence. They also have me a 2 free haircuts and returned my money for the bad haircut. Yesterday I went and got my haircut by Monique and she was absolutely fantastic. She listened and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. Plus she had such a light hand. This is like going to a entirely different store then before. I will definitely be going back and recommend this store to anyone. Here is the original review I wrote after receiving a really bad haircut by the former staff." people that work here are nice enough, but they all suck at giving haircuts. No matter what you tell them they cut your hair the way they want and it is not even done well."

Walk in ask for wash and two braids they say they have two people infront of me wait for an hour the lady says that she nor the other girl braid well if I can wait for the person that does as she just beings a cut and style so thats at least another 30mins and tells me that each braid is 12 bucks for two French braids 24bucks????? And a wash would be whatever ontop of that !!!! The person from the bringing should have said I would have to wait for the one person in the shop that can braid and said the price I WOULDNT HAVE STAYED !!!!!

Absolutely worst haircut ever. Asked for a high fade. Sat there for 40 minutes while she attempted a high fade with dull clippers. I have long hairs still all over my head. Asked for a hard part. Butched that too. I brought the dull clippers to her attention and she said "Yeah, I need to oil and sharpen them." Then she proceeded to cut my hair with them. Will never go back. Went across the street to great clips to have them fix it.

I really dont like getting haircuts or anything because I have had very bad experiences at different salons but I really loved how they cut my hair! Prisilla did a great job at styling my hair and making sure I had a great experience there! Definitely coming back!

i do not recommend liz. she cut my bangs uneven and didnt listen to how i wanted them trimmed. she cut they suuuuper short. if you want a good cut, i recommend the young man who i had my bangs originally cut by in the night time
