I finally realized how messed up it is that I NEVER write reviews for things and yet always refer to others.... Well, I am super motivated to write my first, and possibly only, review. In fact, my first appointment was today at 12:30pm and I am writing this review at 2:30pm because I am so excited. Trini and his salon are the best in Phoenix! I have been flying to San Diego for the past 2 years to get my hair cut because I couldnt find a place in Phoenix that I meshed with in my new home city of Phoenix. Not only are the stylists amazing and know exactly what cut and color works for your face, but their customer service, products, the shampoo massage, location and salon itself are perfect. It has style, but is not stuffy. It has talented and educated stylists but are still humble and easy to talk to. Whether you are a housewife, musician or super trendy retro downtown diva, they can deliver. My trips to San Diego will no longer be timed around my haircuts because I have found my salon and stylist. The only negative is that I dont have to go back for another 8 weeks.

Ive had my hair cut on and off here over the years. After moving back into town I decided to return and am glad I did. I found out the name changed recently and after reading several reviews I decided to ask for Noah. The space is pretty awesome and welcoming and everyone, from the receptionist to other stylists were friendly and the space had a very relaxed and cool vibe. Ive had some good haircuts in my lifetime but Ive never had one quite like the one he gave me. My hair, Ive been told by other stylists, can be difficult because I have a lot of cowlicks. I felt Noah really took the time to get to know me, my lifestyle and what I want from my haircut and the result was the best cut Ive ever had. I could tell immediately this guy is the real deal and a true artist. His assistant was pretty cool too and gave me the most amazing shampoo and scalp massage. I highly recommend this place and it was a bonus to find out Ill get to have a complimentary in-between haircut clean-up. Happy I dropped by and looking forward to returning.

There are so many things to love about this Salon! 1) It is a local small business and the owner runs the salon with so much integrity. You couldnt support a better local gem! 2) The vibe in the salon is so warm and welcoming. I feel like I am going in to spend time with friends. You feel cared about and acknowledged. The staff remember you and whats going on in your life. And the ambiance is uncompared- great decor, badass magazines, tasty coffee and cool videos to watch. Honestly, I always want to get there early just to chill in the waiting area- my own mini spa moment :) 3) My man, Noah. So, you wont know the awesomeness of Noah until you experience it. His talent is off the charts. I am constantly stopped by random strangers about my sweet hair do. Not only does he have mad skills, but he is a good person. Really good heart and so creative and genuine. My soul and my hair are always renewed when I leave Salon Ro5! Treat yourself and make an appointment!

Ive always considered myself to be a natural beauty, but after my haircut with Tamara I was shocked to see how much of me the world had been missing out on :) In truth, this is one of the few times I have felt at home in a professional environment. Salon RO5 treats every client like they deserve the luxurious treatment they are receiving. Noah was free to offer some much-needed advice, Rebecca (I believe that is her name?) was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door, and it is readily apparent when I look in the mirror that Tamara is a remarkably gifted stylist :) This place truly is as good as it gets, it was the bright spot of my day. Highly recommend.

VOLR Salon is amazing! I love the atmosphere, love the location in the Roosevelt district and right next to one of my favorite coffee shops (Lola); but mostly, Noah is amazing. He listens, has great ideas, and is a blast to talk to. Ive never really enjoyed going to the salon before because I felt pressured or was unsure whether Id like the end result, but Noah is the first stylist that Ive really trusted with my hair. It always looks great after Ive seen him, and his advice is right on the mark. He also really gets to know his clients, which makes going to see him feel like going to see an old friend. I highly recommend this place.

I love how immaculately clean and organized Salon RO5 is and the decor is amazing. I have been going to salon for over a year now and notice each time I go the subtle changes. My stylist is amazing and I wont even say the name as I have tried all professionally trained stylists at this salon and have enjoyed a different take on my short thin hair. If you have never tried this salon I highly recommend it!!

Love, love, love Trini, the salon and everyone there!!! I asked a co-worker where she was getting her hair cut because it always looks amazing and she sent me to Trini. I had been bouncing around between stylists for the last 5 years...not anymore. My hair finally found a home at Trini Salon. Im so happy I dont have to stress about my hair cuts anymore!! Its always perfect. Thanks Trini!!

The best hair salon in the valley, and trust you me, Ive had my fair share! My stylist, Noah, was very nice, friendly, put a lot of effort into making my curls look and feel absolutely wonderful, and is extremely talented. The color and cut were beyond my expectations. Definitely recommend Noah, however everyone seemed very friendly! Will be returning in the very near future!

Im new to town and needed a haircut badly. After some research I decided to try Ro5. Im so glad I did! Tamara was great. She took time to really listen to what I wanted, and also gave some suggestions. The hair wash massage was incredible. Im thinking of coming every month just for a hair wash! The cut is beautiful. Everyone there was welcoming and professional. Will be back!

Just have a haircut with Yoshi ;) I like his cutting style. I ask him to do layered and Im satisfy with my end result. Will be back soon :). He also talk with you and make you feel ease while he trim it. He also teach me how to take care of my style at home and I enjoyed my day and thats good. They also give you snack which I forget to nibble. Thanks!

One word...NOAH!! He is my absolute favorite!! I love the customer service the care and focus that is put into the client and the work. I always feel welcomed and its such a fun environment. I always recommend Noah. He always knows how to keep the conversation going and not have that awkward silence. I love coming here.

I recently moved to PHX and tried a few salons that I wasnt quite happy with before finally trying RO5. Kristen is amazing! Shes the first stylist who really listened to me and understood what I wanted. Ive been back twice, and have been thrilled after each visit. I highly recommend her!
