First off I get to the salon to get my hair done and I show Linda a picture of what I wanted and she said yes she could do it. Mind u my hair was down to my waist. She quoted me 130$ after the chopping began I asked twice if this is what she was doing and she said yes. So did another girl in the salon after 3 hours my hair looks nothing as it did in the picture color or cut! So of course im upset but i pay and i figure i will talk to manager in the morning. Well mangers were out of town. Upon him returning my message to call me was never delivered. Never got a call back. So i went to shop and owner refused to discount or refund but offered to fix it. After all i went through at this point I agreed. He scheduled an appt for me for today. I get off work early get to the shop and hes off today!!! Are u kidding me. So they call him and he said sorry i cant do it Linda the one that messed up your hair will do it. Im so upset i do not recommend this place to groom my animals. Hopefully this business wont be open long.

I give this place a zero My daughter walked in with Beautiful dark black hair her hair was virgin hair. The lady whom did the work on her is named Linda DO NOT TRUST HER!!!!! She did a horrible job on my Daughter, being a hair salon she Bleached her hair twice in one session. Burnt the heck out of her hair, her scalp is burnt too. her hair is breaking and falling out and it feels stretchy like elasticity feel. I will never recommend this place to anyone this place is horrible I called to complain and the Owner has a very ugly attitude not professional whatsoever. I will definitely go the fullest on getting my daughters hair restored with hair treatments and lots of patience. Pelazzo I give you a BIG ZERO!!

I arrived right at 6:55pm on 1-21-17 right when the place was about to close, but that wasnt an issue, I felt very welcomed as I was greeted by Ana Luisa an attractive young hairstylist, who was innovative, and professional. She did an outstanding job and gave me a great new look in less than 30 minutes! I would recommend Pelazzo Hair Salon to anyone looking for a quality haircut, by friendly, and professional stylists for a great price. Its a hidden oasis in the desert.

Best service ever , they do exactly what you want on your hair. ( or they work with you ). They will tell you if you cant do a certain thing because of your hair color/quality. They have such patience& good prices. Highly recommend
